I resemble these remarks. (People have thought I was drunk when I hadn't had any alcohol.) In high school, one of "thought of the day" was "Crossdressing salamanders run naked through the streets of Paris." Another was, "I want to be a pirate when I grow up." (Though mermaid is definitely better.)

Sometimes I may withhold a fact or insight from another person or heavily discourage something that may make the other person end up feeling depressed or sad about themselves. Even if it negatively effects me, I try to help when I can.

Im an infj and my enfp friend annoys the crap out of me. He talks 99% of the time and I respond with monosyllables because there just isnt enough bandwidth to share and every other day he goes, “We know each other sooooo well!!!!” Like dude no, i know you well. You don’t know anything about me. Sometimes please let your friends talk a little 🥲

A couple questions: Isn't it normal for you brain the focus on things? Do people normally do stuff that doesn't make sense to them?

Honestly I can't even explain it myself but ENTPxINFJ can make a great pair to me. Sure ENFP is way easier but not so sure the ✨magic✨ and attraction would be there. They might just be a great friend but that's not always enough to create love. ENTPs share more functions in common and they're genuinely the type that makes me laugh the most. It's weird though cause they're not exactly known for being saints but I don't know, I just feel like they give us a lot of work as INFJs honestly lol. We constantly want to be busy healing and supporting others and they create so much trouble sometimes that it gives us an occasion to shine. Also they definitely bring some spice and they're machiavelic gentlemen so we appreciate their elegance even if it's to do something we find terrible. They're also intelligent, fascinating and very witty so that makes them charming. It's not so easy to guess their real intentions contrary to a lot of people. They bring some not naive joy in our life but rather some rational joy if that makes sense.

Yeah that's very true when he talked about Ni looking for "definition". But I just think the exact word he was looking for was "essence" as you pointed out with the editing on screen, which is basically defining something but not in a logical way, more in a spiritual/metaphysical way. That's why it's not so rare to confuse Ti and Ni cause both are searching for defining things in the end but just in a different way.

Ok, first of all, im offended, but you nailed me on the head fr. How did you peer inside of my soul! Some people tell me that one of my problems is being too trusting, but i think I have pretty good intuition! I just think thay even mean people should at least get to have a descent conversation with someone, you know. And of coarse it hurts when they are mean to you. Thats why i love the comment sections! I love to see what people think.
