Hey im back. I’m panicking. Supposed to be getting ready to leave the house but I cannot. Emailed my therapist for a pep talk so I can get in the shower and be on time to our appt. I cannot. Everything’s wrong and bad and scary right now. She emailed back and said she’d call me for our appt. But I feel like a failure and it’s all my fault cuz everything overwhelms me and I just can’t get ahold of myself sometimes. I can’t leave the house today. I’m gonna be so tired after this. It’s a doozy this one. Edit: I know I shouldn’t feel this way but I can’t help it- I hate myself cuz I feel like I’m letting my therapist down cuz I said I’d be there in person and I’m not today cuz I can’t dissolve it today. And there’s so much going on making me so upset…I can’t bare to be seen by anyone today I’m so ugly. Just saying how I feel. I know it’s all irrational. It’s just how I feel right now. Omg my life is so scary. All the time. It’s never not. And I can’t just get off the ride you know…gotta wait til it stops on its own one day. I’ve chosen to stay on the Life ride and it’s fckn Lifin right now homies gaaaaaahhh!!!!

I find 3 things help most with anxiety 1. Having a dog I have have had my dog for 11 years now. He's a licensed therapy dog, and just having a little buddy there to comfort you in the hardest times really helps. 2 . taking a shower Who doesn't like to relax in a nice hot stream of water. It distracts you and improves overall mood 3. (this one may be controversial) I am in no way saying it works for everyone. But I find using cannibis has helps SO MUCH it can honestly work wonders. I've gone from having the worst anxiety to 20 minutes later not having a worry in the world and look for pizza. Again this is just my personal experience with it. I understand it varies depending on the user which is why I'm just sharing my own expiernce. Hope this helps. Helps me.
