Hi how are you, new subscriber happy new year to you and I hope that 2025 brings you a love and happiness and I enjoy your channel and you are amazing supporter
Omg thanks 💕
Why did you put a #fail if you never fail you are a winner
INCREÍBLE BALANCE! i would love a tutorial of how to hold your handstand longer!
For sure! Here's a tutorial I made about how I learned a handstand + hold it for a while! th-cam.com/video/DJroJq_Ji-Q/w-d-xo.html
When I don't do handstand for 3 days, on the 4th day I have difficulty as if I had never done it before. What should I do to remember the move? How many days a week should I work?
I would recommend doing handstand training for 5-6 days and then having a rest day! Rest days are definitely important to give your muscles some rest, but if you find that you're struggling to remember the handstand if you take 3 days off (which can be common at first), then you could try training for more consecutive days! You can do a little each day, doesn't have to be anything crazy!
@@foreverinhandstand9456 So do I have to work 5 days a week for the rest of my life?:D
@@thenewstar1856 Nope! Now I can go without doing a handstand for a month or so and still be able to do it; your body will remember! But at first, consistency can be important! Here's a video I made about how I learned the handstand: th-cam.com/video/DJroJq_Ji-Q/w-d-xo.html
I love it
Do you have a video that helps you to hold your handstand longer❤
This video has tips on how I learned a handstand, which can also be useful for trying to hold one longer! th-cam.com/video/DJroJq_Ji-Q/w-d-xo.html
I’m working on my Ariel to so this encourages me to not give up❤
@@lisabishop5206 you got this!!! It’s one of those skills that can take a bit of practice but once you get really close it’s exciting!!
How❤❤
❤
Omg so strong and cute ❤
I love your videos so much ❤❤❤❤❤
Aw, thank you!! Hoping to upload more consistently!
enjoy!
Great ! Thanks 😊
I can't even do one against a wall 😭
I'm actually in process of filming a handstand tutorial! Because I've totally been there :)
@foreverinhandstand9456 I know how to do a handstand and can also balance for some time but I can't do a handstand on one hand Nevertheless, I am really grateful for youtubers like you who helped me a lot and are empathetic towards beginners
That's so stable
Ah thanks!! If I hold one with legs together it's harder, but I'm working on it right now!!
i recommend wearing enclosed shoes or no shoes whilst doing flips. what you are wearing ( flipflops/thongs or sandels ) can really injure you. trust me ive been there.
that's a good point - flip flops can be slippery.
Hello Ellie. I am a subscriber from India. I play a lot of basketball but I have always wanted to do gymnastics. Unfortunately, I could not find any gymnasiums near me and thought I am too old to start. Your channel and ElishaAcroGymnast's channel have inspired me a lot Thank you
@@poojamendiratta8407 Thank you so much! That’s really nice to hear 😊 I thought I was too old too, but I’m so glad I kept going! I was happy to find her channel too; she’s really good!!
What does Portuguese?
is this english ?
I don’t know this illegal, but what is the purpose for this?
I’m also teaching myself gymnastics, I’m 15 tho! ur progress looks amazing! keep up the epic work
@@meowwmylaa thanks so much! I started around that age! Never too late to begin! Do you have a favorite skill so far?
🎉🎉🎉
Hi
Omg yes go girl! Also I have been trying to get my aerial for so long do you have any tips.???
@@Tianahoang2059 I’d say that doing a really good warm up before actually helps, like a short jog or some high knees/high kicks. For some reason this makes my legs looser and more flexible! You could try on a trampoline but if you don’t have access to one (which I didn’t), try on a downhill. Definitely give yourself a running start and jump high!! I haven’t done a tutorial yet but I have a video on my channel that shows my progression from like a round off to an aerial! Id currently love to get mine back again :)
@@foreverinhandstand9456thank you so much, I will definitely try your tips❤
So cool ❤
Amazing ❤ Hii I'm a self taught gymnast too
@@ElishaAcrogymnast that so awesome!! Will sub!
@@foreverinhandstand9456 thank you ❤️ I subbed to ur channel to ❤️
I can do an aerial on my air track not the floor tho 😅 an air track is a inflatable tumble mat
Bro, don’t even know how to do a handstand💔💔💔💔😭😭😭😭
Thank you so much! The tips of having the backbend as small as possible, running the legs up and down for momentum, and practicing split handstands are all so useful. My main fear is that my good leg will go to the side, rather than backwards. Thank you for posting!!! 💜💜💜
Thanks so much, and glad to hear! My good leg often goes out to the side with my back walkover. Maybe try with a spotter to help guide your leg back. trying on a downhill might help, too!
@@foreverinhandstand9456 I really appreciate it!!! Yes that is a great point about using an incline and a spotter.
Wow, did you learn as an adult? I am trying to now as a 35 yr old. Some days I can do a backbend kickover off the ground, some days I can't.
Yeah! I learned when I was 17/18 I think. I've since lost the skill. Kinda got it back at an adult gymnastics class, only to lose it again. My kick-over is a bit hit or miss now!
I will give up 😂

This video is a prime example of " never give up " U dept going great job u did great!
THANK YOUU OMG I FINALLY DID IT😳❤ I HAVE NO MATES AND I DID THIS EASILY AND I DONT GO TO GYMNAST I PRACTICED ON WALL AND COACH THEN ON THE FLOOR😊💗 TY sm <3
Keep your head up and lift more with your shoulders, do a low hurdle to get more momentum
You just gained a new follower and I got my bridge kickover!!!
i’m about to do it but at the start , i can’t keep my hands i put them for less than a second and than like an aerial ! any tips how to keep my hands up ?
I know im late but here is a tip, only put your hands down in the middle, and lift them before you land, that way you will trust yourself because you aren’t trying to keep your hands up for as long as possible
Do you still wear socks with your converse or not??
Yes! I wear a lighter, shorter sock!
Very very nice
how long did it take you?:)
I'd say it took me about a month!
ah welldone, lovely seeing the progress! im going to make a vid of my progress too, currently can only do this 20% of the time, maybe i need to increase my flexibility
So inspiring
Wait would you recommend wearing converse without socks if I did it
I first thought you had no socks and they would stink then, and please try sandals too and flats
Inspiration!
