Thank you Yogesh ji, I am so grateful to you for sharing your insights and knowledge of tabla music and technique to such a large audience 🙏 One thing I've been confused by in my learning of TeReKeTe is which of these two techniques to focus more attention on. Can a student take only one of these two and stick with that, allowing the student to focus on other aspects of the instrument, or is it really important/essential to master both? If you have time to answer I'd be very happy to hear your response, but no pressure, these very-well produced videos are of great value and take me back to those Shivir's you taught in Ranjeet bhai's house in Bedfordshire UK 🙏🙏

Very nicely explained, Yogeshji. I have been practicing it and getting immensely benefitted in easy movement of two fingers for tete n three fingers for tirekete. The use of kre in fantastic in giving a sweet twist in the kaida. I am nearing 60 n a professional banker. I get immense satisfaction when I practice Tabla. Learning music has no age bar. 🙏🙏

Yogeshji, all your syllable explanations are so unique n presented in such a unique manner, which help practice in right technique. I am not a Tabla Player but practice Tabla for my own mental satisfaction. Will practice from today itself the way you are showing. Definitely it will help.
