Anyone have a solution for my problem? my hand on the dayan side start to hurt after playing for 5 minutes or while trying to play fast.

Don't play at double tempo directly after single...due to this your hand will hurt after 5 minutes... Instead of that just try to go through all the tempos between your single and double laya.. It will help to build that required power and consistency for play in double laya and your hand will not hurt... It will also help you to all the syllables clearly in double speed
