Fire breathing dragons? Well we know of a beetle that does that by spraying chemicals that light on fire. However in Exodus we read about "firey, flying serpents." I have no problem believing that these may have been fire breathing snakes with wings but I can also picture the word "firey" describing a venom that causes burning pain and the word "flying" being descriptive language of how fast they are when they strike! So maybe a dragon breathed fire... or maybe the dragon had a venom that burned like fire. But the dragon was real.

Dear Sir, I know you Love and respect the Lord and you try to represent truth...His truth. This situation in SCAL is much deeper than most realize, and so anyone expressing an opinion about it, could inadvertingly result in mis-information. Yes the Lord could stop it at any time...but He has not. As horrible as the fires are, it is possible that our loving God is actually keeping some of them at bay...according to His will...and at the same time allowing other ones to rage on...according to His will...Regardless of why these fires are happening and regardless of God's role in this situation, we are to be loving, caring and helpful to all in need...like those in SCal...regardless of whether this area and these people are currently receiving a divine judgment or not. It's funny that he said, "when atheists say 'Oh christians they just believe it because their parents told them to..." 😂 My birth parents didn't practice ANY belief system. My Grandparents lived in a parsonage next to a quaint & beautiful little white rural church. They were the caretakers of the church. However, I didn't grow up in the church. Yet I knew God. When I was 6 I fell deathly ill. My uncle had to rush me to the hospital with a fever of 107 F and it was climbing. The hospital thought I had tuberculosis but their treatments & therapies were not effective. I "died" on the same day I was born on the same floor in the same ward of the hospital I was born in on the eve of my 7th birthday. I'd been in over a month. It turned out to be a really, really bad form of pneumonia. That night, I had an experience I don't have enough time or room to write but it was deeply profound & I remember it as if it happened this morning! When I returned to my grandparent's I asked my Gram for a Bible & started attending our little white church on Sundays, but refused Bible school with the other children. Instead I chose to sit amongst the adults in the pews, listening to our minister reading to us the word of God. The church is devastatingly no longer our church (I don't even think it is a church at all anymore, which makes me very sad) however, I still read my Bible, pray for others & talk to God often. I would not be here if He hadn't saved me & put me back here to help save other lives! 🙏😌❤‍🔥
