I seem to repeat patterns over the years and I've no idea why, nothing really interests me at the moment and daily life is just crap, I genuinely can't be arsed doing anything and that scares the hell out of me. I know I'm not alone in this and i know I will come back better and stronger but why does it happen? I am aiming to find out and I'm trying every way I can think of to "snap" out of it i will be back, I will be better and I will be helping everyone I can find a way through it for themselves.
