Question: if God speaks to us through the people in our life would it be only through the Christians in our life? Because what about our non-believing friends and family? The devil could be speaking through them right?

Amazing podcast! keep speaking truth.. i’m transferring to a mormon high school for sports and this podcast really showed me we just need to keep making disciples like Jesus commanded and we shouldn’t be worried we are making people offended but we should be worried about their souls. any tips on speaking to mormons about this?? I feel like in the past when i’ve tried they just don’t like hearing you out even if there is facts in front of them.

I quit smoking weed about 6 months ago and gave my life to God but I’m going through the roughest season of my life. I thought my anxiety and depression would go away by now. I definitely had some revelations during this…

Didn't Jesus establish priests? His disciples were the first ones. Jesus was a mediator between God and Man. He's no longer here, so he gave us priests to imitate himself in his name. The Catholic Church is the original Church. Why did it change so much? We shouldn't be afraid of his punishments, but offending our Loving Father. He will chastise us righteously for our wrongdoings.

Thats right kids, never ask questions. Just believe. Apply that in any other aspect of your life and see where that gets you. The Devil is not making any claims, just trying to get you to open your eyes. If Gods word is true, then we should be able to ask questions and it should be open to criticism. The truth stands when questioned but lies fall apart. Why does God not want us to question his word.... I wonder.

Denouncing confession is like saying we never needed the Apostles to follow Jesus in the first place. Those 12 men were given the ability to forgive sin too. Please don’t misinform the public about the sacraments all for the goal of saying a priest is a “mediator”. You may be a disciple of Martin Luther, but explain John 20:23 to me? And also, if I forgive you for a transgression personally, is that not evidence people can forgive each other too?
