No. No es.solamente es parecida en el color del plumaje, pero hay dos cosas contundentes en el ave de maussan: el pico está unido al pecho, es decir, prácticamente no tiene cuello y la otra es que no está en posición "parado sobre sus patas" sino que esta "sentado", tal como lo dice maussan: "sentado, como se sientan los pingüinos"

Si te das cuenta en el otro video, te fijas en las alas que tiene el ave, y son caracteristicas de un pinguino porque tiene "brazos" y no alas
