I coined a phrase after watching and reading the book. "Girls don't realize what power they hold." I mean, think about it. Snow's rise to power all began with her. He wanted the power his family once had. But didn't know how to gain it back. Then, she arrived. The "original katniss" so to speak. People fell over heels about her. So, he exploited that. Over time, the power she basically handed over to him got him to where he is now. Then, she disappeared and he couldn't stop fretting over her. Then, 64 years later, potentially her offspring came into light and the memory of her just came flooding back. Like I said, "girls don't realize what power they hold." I'm not saying all men exploit women for their own gain, but I'm saying that most men will not stop thinking about that one girl who got away.

I really hope one day we learn the real fate of Lucy Gray............I like to imagine she survived in the woods and managed to live her life somewhat peacefully in the wilds or something.
