One Pan Egg Toast I Quick and Easy Breakfast Recipe I French Toast Omelette
Here’s a quick and easy breakfast recipe that’s perfect for your busy weekday mornings and an egg toast that you can also enjoy cooking with the kids on weekends.
Ingredients:
-2 eggs
-1 slice of bread
-A pinch of salt
-a slice of cheese
-1/2 tbsp unsalted butter
Procedure:
Add the 2 eggs in a bowl with a pinch of salt, beat the eggs. In a preheated pan (low heat), and the butter, when melted, add the eggs. Then dip half the slice of bread in the egg mixture and turn it over, do the same with the other half of the bread. Turn over once the egg mixture has set, fold the sides of the egg. Add the cheese and fold it in half, fry until both sides turn golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy!

I tried to follow the reveipe twice and it didn't work. Maybe the Irish butter is different. Then I found a similar reveipe on another channel, with twice as much milk and melted butter and oil instead of the soft butter. And the muffins turned lovely. So it's a nice idea, but proportions and consistencies are worth checking.

Hello, this recipe is meant for baking in the oven. However, you can maybe try to steam them as long as your muffin pan fit into the steamer and you need to make sure that the temperature is even as well throughout the time you're steaming them.

Hi! This recipe is meant for using the oven, however, I think you can try using a steamer to bake it, you just need to make sure the muffin tin fits in your steamer and the heat is evenly distributed throughout the time you steam it. Also, if the muffins don't have covers in them, and if you steam them, there will be moisture on top.
