This sounds like this is about p*rn. The church does not effectively address or counteract this issue. My ex husband was addicted, but instead of addressing it head on the reaction from the church was “you’re fighting the devil” instead of the truth which is that you can control your own actions. This causes a person to not take responsibility for their actions but feel helpless and like a victim, and because p*rn is the way it is you can’t resist it in that mindset. At the end of the day, you make choices that lead to what you crave and what you do with those cravings. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t stop, or that it isn’t your fault. Once you realize it is your fault, and that you can control yourself, you will begin to change. He never got over it and never stopped lying about it, but supposedly is a “devout” Christian. It’s a problem in the church, and the problem is how men view women and sex. If Christian men were treating and viewing women the way god intended, they wouldn’t watch it in the first place. Just my humble opinion.

I experienced this yesterday. It's truly disturbing. We must read our bibles.

Can someone pray for me I live in a environment where sin is prevalent I go to school and can’t stay calmed because always something going on, fights, shootings , gang violence , etc. I want to get out this area multiple girls have cheated on me , I’ve seen innocent people turn bad. The younger the worse . I pray for my ex, for my enemy’s and I try to have mercy on them . I can’t lie my image in the world was made to be big but as I found Jesus when I was at my lowest I realized that I was going from plans of having fun, being bigger and better . God blessed me and now I struggle to live daily as I continue to strive in this sinful, poor environment .

I was praying right now: "Please show me how I can defeat this, WHAT SHOULD I DO" and I prayed sincerely🙏... and then i believed that He will answer me either trough friends, or through these shorts. And literally after praying I open youtube and this is what I see... 🥲 and this is exacly what I needed. He hears us, just have faith. He literally just answered me after praying! God is good.

Amen! Im loving how we are beginning to teach how sin is not okay. God hates sin, and it is something to be dealt aggresively with and killed. It leads to destructiveness and depravity. God is always with us, and it is only in Christ that we have the power to overcome sin.
