24:57 WOW (kept saying it in sync with you guys over & over again)! xD What an incredibly valuable chat! I feel SO HYPED UP with David's persona. :D Jean & Cherie, you guys did so well with these questions. The format is excellent! So excited for everything lined up for season 3. Woohoo!! My biggest takeaways from the conversation are: 1. alter your perception to "lower the stakes" & just "throw yourself all in" 2. forget the rejections, let it wash off of you. (and, DILMO, of course!) ~ and, oh, Hello from India!!

Great episode! You're both growing as content creators and I hope the internet rewards your hard work with views and new subscribers. Jean, you look naturally beautiful in this episode; you're practically glowing. When you asked him, "What advice would you give your 29 or 35-year old self?" He responded, "Throw yourself into your work." It looked like your soul left your body for 3-4 seconds. I wish we could see your thought bubble in that moment. 😊 We're all looking forward to more great content like this. Keep going.

It’s great to see you all... Here's an update about my mmy issue. Days have passed, and almost every day I’ve been thinking about my mommmyy issue. I think it’s time for me to face myself honestly. The snow that day was as white and pure as ever, and the wind howled past me from time to time. As each snowflake melted into water, the cold seeped through my body-no, not my body, but my heart. Like everyone else, there are seasons in there, spring, summer, autumn, and winter, but that day was definitely winter. I walked in the midst of the cold winter, and the destination was as far as love. I didn’t stop, and Jean’s podcast update popped up, just like a coffee shop by the roadside, and I saw it. A minute later, I lit a cigarette! every puff was like a kiss with loneliness. Gradually, a woman’s voice reached my ears, familiar, warm. I felt like a small boat far out in the ocean, drifting for years, passing through many harbors, only to realize that if the heart never feels at home, the boat will never dock. Is she the winter coat or the dawn’s shore? I don’t know. She’s smart, she’s warm. She’s the angel from my dreams. She’s the warm cup of coffee on a cold night. She’s the clear water in the boundless desert. After all, love is always something that intoxicates you.

I live in a wildfire area and I invest in serious air purifiers because of this exactly. There’s only two air purifiers on the market that can purify wildfire air, austin air and iqair (probably the multigas). I use austinair because it’s got a massive filter that’s good for five years and is purely mechanical, so there’s very limited power draw. I looked up that airdoctor thing you mentioned and didn’t spend a ton of time but it seemed like just a hepa filter with activated carbon. Austinair and iqair have offerings that go beyond that which you’d need for wildfire.

I haven’t watched yet. I’m only a minute in. BUT when I was 5 years old my dad had me calling realtors and asking “hi, I’m calling about your house for sale on _____ how many beds, baths, square footage, anything else I need to know? Okay thank you” and before gps was a thing I was the one that had to get out and ask the cashier at 7-11 “how do I get to ______” and that has helped more than annnnything. I’ve never been scared to talk to anyone. I’ll talk to anyone, everyone, whenever, wherever. And so I’ve done the same w my children and hope they do the same w theirs and so on. I even have my 2yo ordering her own food when we go places (and obviously my 4 & 6 yo do the same) I let them talk to cashiers, waitresses, ask employees “excuse me where can we find _____” even though I know exactly where it is. EXPOSURE from a young age will help leaps and bounds. And any adult ever is always mind blown at how social my kids are. So if you’re not doing this, START TODAY! It’s so beneficial for social skills in the future. Anyway, back to the video (:

Great episode per usual, though it was literally all over the place😂. Your comments on the displaced black and brown families in Altadena are very astute. When real estate, and owning your own home, is the primary vehicle to create and transfer generational wealth in many US communities, the loss of these homes to wildfire, and the previous cancellations of home insurance policies in these areas, literally prevent these middle class families from sustaining and transferring wealth.

Gratitude is empowering for the one expressing it, and the person receiving it. Helps nurture connection, and relationship.

hi! i love these podcasts bc it feels like talking to the big sister you'd never had yk its so comforting!if we are in high school reaching out to seniors or college students for advice, how could we network ourselves at a young age when we don't really have a LinkedIn or resume? how do we ask genuine and authentic questions that make the chats interesting? what value could I as a high schooler provide to them?

You provide insight into your generation and what are the things that young people care about. Older people usually have no idea (are not in tune!) The questions you should ask are the ones you are curious about. Do some research online to see if you can find the answer online and for the ones you can't answer yourself online, ask someone! Good luck and thank you for asking US!!! <3

If you start posting fitness content, you’ll get a much different, perhaps larger but thirstier audience, so proceed with caution. 😂
