This sounds beautiful! It had me... until the cloves part! Hopefully their blended to accent and not be distinct... this sounds really nice! Almost like a niche version of Scandal.

I'm enjoying Mancera Black Aoud and Oud Or from Houbigant.

I always read your board btw. They are intersecting quotes. The fragrance I remember more than any other is that of fall in the little town I grew up in. The dryness of the air that was filled with the odor of drying leaves. If the air had not been that dry the leaves would not have released that same odor. I grew up with it and then moved away and I haven’t smelled leaves like that since. And better yet, the leaves had a crunch to them so you got the sound as well. It’s true that fragrances can evoke memories, even if the fragrance doesn’t come from a bottle.

I have 4 (I actually have a bottle of LV Nuveau Monde) out the 8 oud fragrances in your video. I've been a fan of the oud note. The first oud fragrance I bought was Tom Ford Oud Wood and It's one of my favorite oud fragrances.

M7 Oud Absolu and Oud Noir are the ones I have, I actually wore the YSL today. What a phenomenal scent, it's so sophisticated, very much in the style of old school masculine scents, but the oud makes it smell modern. If you put that in a fancy bottle, you could sell it as a $200 niche fragrance and people would buy it.
