Hi Jason the fires have been a tragedy, my heart goes out to you. You have a great spirit and personality, I can see you are hurting while you try to help others. Try and look after your own interests for recovery first otherwise you won't be able to help others. I guess time will help, don't loose hope. Best regards Brian

17:40 This is rather interesting. The Low G String for Ukulele is designed like the Bass Strings of a Classical Guitar set in that it consists of a Nylon Core wrapped in Metal (A Classical Guitar D String makes a great Low G Ukulele string too).

You are the first person that has done an excellent job of showing how to put on the strings in addition to the low g. Everyone else turns it to hygiene but says they're putting on a low G which does not make any sense period so good for you thank you so much what strings did you put on?❤

Thanks guys, you made my night here in Lynnwood, north of Seattle. Jason sold me my Kala spruce top 2 years ago and I'm still playing. So sorry for your situation but good to see your recent videos. My brother is currently on Maui, staying at the Papakaya up north. He wanted to keep his vacation plans to help in at least a small way. Uke on!

So good to see you Jason. I bought a Kamaka ukelele from your store last summer by phone all the way from Indiana. I called your store and you did not know if I was serious on buying or not. But you were so kind as to lay out four of the same model and do a short video playing each one for me to decide on the one I liked. I’m so glad to see you made it out of those fires!!! I’ve inspired me in your previous videos to buy my daughter a ukulele and learn how to play together. We traveled to Oahu a few weeks before the fires hit Maui, the situation broke our hearts. Stay strong, keep uplifting one another with your love and passion for music. I started my ukulele journey with the video from the hotel lesson, helped with your book. It is good to see you and find you doing alright although I can hear the pain in your voice.
