Stress is the primary cause of EVERYTHING gross in the body...if you look at movie stars of the Golden Age who were in their twenties, they looked 40 in today's norms...life was harder back then...look at the child actors in the age of "The Little Rascals"...they just look OLD....they didn't grow up with Barnie and concerns about self esteem...it was brutal...the same is true for today...all that brutality is now coming through social media and the more sensitive younger generations just do NOT have the coping skills and their anxiety is pretty much off the charts....imo...and yah the plastic surgery doesn't help...but the sugar thing I don't agree with...remember Ally Sheedy in the lunch scene of "The Breakfast Club?"....that's how a lot of us ate as children of the 80's...we really had very little supervision and yup, lots of groovy sugar cereals at our disposal....it's not the sugar...trust me...

Do you know what made me realize that we definitely totally changed our beauty standards? When I wanted to show a friend some girls I thought were the epitome of beauty when I was a teen in the early 2000s. I then looked at their pics, that used to be my absolute beauty goals, and went "Meh" They weren't THAT beautiful after all... That's when I realized it was not that they were not still super stunning but that what I expected people to look now was totally unrealistic. Think about it, on IG all the girls are 8s to 10/10, yet in real life, you never meet them? Kinda weird if you ask me. The thing is the beautiful girls do not even get attention in real life anymore because they are considered not as hot as the filtered, AI generated-like, perfect internet beauties. So sad...

Ive seen quite a few gen z who have had too many cosmetic procedures and they do look much older than their age. One of my employees is a perfect example. She just found out that i am 20 years older than her and started crying. Ive never had a cosmetic procedure. I did use olay on my face since i was a tween because it was the only thing that didnt make me break out. Dont know if thats why, but just thought i should put it out there. My employee gets procedures every few months. She looks like a woman in her early 40s. A very pretty early 40s but none the less. Now i also have clients that are in their 20s who look like it. Can tell they dont get procedures because they still have that youthful fullness in their faces. Unfortunately, they are influenced very easily into thinking the fountain of youth is an injection away.

Gen Z: HORRIBLE HEALTH HABITS and decisions. That's all it is. Gen X: a teen would walk/bike like 5 to 10 miles per day, easily. We were not ALLOWED to sit around the house, parents were not chauffers (ever, ever, ever). We had 1/10th the access to sugar. I remember RARELY having candy. We could buy it, that wasn't the issue. We just knew you can't drink soda and eat candy all day, it's supposed to be a treat, not a food group.

Girl , full body lipo , body contouring , boob jobs/boob fat enhancement , literal hip fat transfer.. etc I genuinely do not understand how people look at instagram people and celebrities and think its natural . I saw surgeries when the people before look normal/average , but then they get full body lipo , ab etching , waist lipo to make it slim , hip fat transfer . The result ? A perfect instagram modelesque body . They lay on a table and get your dream body , while yall keep starving and crying that you dont look like that .

I feel for Gyuri a bit because even I had went through this stage of trying to be confident and know my worth and confusing it by being arrogant and cocky, which isn’t confidence. I now know that to be confident and give the energy I want to give, I need to learn to love myself because I’m unique and I exist from God, and to love others because they’re unique and they exist from God. It’s much easier than you think to fall into the slope of being rude rather than confident. So I hope she and everyone finds love for themselves and uses it to share with others. Because people that do that are the really attractive and pretty ones 😊 and I also appreciate how this video gave a hope to Gyuri for her to improve and learn, so that others can too.
