Garden Railway evening hopper train

Scratch built Toyota container lifter (Bruder Chassis)

This is my scratch built Toyota container lifter, I designed and built this using tinkered and a 3d printer. My plan was to build something to use to load/unload my recently converted Bruder container lorry, I peached for vehicle designs and decided to go with this Toyota model. It took many many hours to design and print the parts but I think it was worth the effort .

Just testing some of the RC vehicles on the layout, next i will be looking to add a sand pit and dumping area for the movement of sand and gravel, also hoping to find a location and to integrate my tromel into the set up so i can also shift graded material

Second laydown of the RC Road layout this time with buildings, fencing, signs and traffic lights etc, the truck has a wide turn circle so not ideal on the inside of the bends, the plan is this will be running from the yard straight up the long road to the dump area so turning wont be a major issue for it. Hey mate. I've also build a similar d5 but haven't added any lights. Run mine on 6ch flysky receiver and I would like to have lights just like yours. I was wondering can't I have all the lights coming to a single connector directly to the receiver. I run my 2s lipo 7.4v directly to my receiver to power the machine.
If you wire to a receiver operated switch, you can turn lights on/off This would operate spotlights for example ,for more in depth lighting like reverse and stop lights a light unit would need to be fitted. You can add more on/off receiver operated switches but this uses more channels on the receiver, remember for RC switches operated via the Tx the channel needs to be dialled back to around 50% throw or the switch wont function, hope this helps

Hi was wondering what rpm the motors was you used as I did watch the video and said 150 rpm drive motors and 300 rpm for the bucket But the list I see you helped a chap out with was 100 rpm drive motors for wheels And 150 rpm for the bucket
Hi thanks for the question, i believe i did reduce the motor speeds for a more realistic movement and action on this one so 100 & 150 respectively

Beautiful build! My Bruder Mack conversion is nearly ready to drive, but I have not found a good light module or sound module. Do you have any you recommend?
For lighting i use the cheap replica tamiya units you find on ebay, if you scan through some videos i believe i give some detail on this, apologies i cant remember which video exactly try the D5 dozer series
