That was exactly what I wanted to do, but my video editing skills are really bad, and I'm still on the free version of DaVinci Resolve xD. If you look really carefully, some verses scroll faster than others and I have no idea why.

You would be right if the spreadsheet was calculating gross revenue, but the spreadsheet is calculating the gross revenue minus the opportunity cost of not selling the Val meals I made, so 131mil. The number is 2 years out-of-date, and I don't play BDO actively anymore so I couldn't tell you how much it is now, though. You always have to take into account how much money you are losing when buying the meals or selling the meals (e.g. market price * your tax rate) when calculating net profit. I hope that answers your question!

The difference is in mastery. I, and other endgame cooks, can make guru meals *much* faster and more profitably than someone with less mastery, so prices reflect what's profitable for us instead of low-end cooks. Especially since we've just had an event that gave us +100 mastery and -1s cook time. If your mastery is on the low side, the calculation that you made is perfectly correct!

i mean, making 3-5billions a day is not a big deal, you should say how many hours it takes you becouse i can from lifeskills get like 650kk to even 1b in 1 hour. So saying you do 3-5billions a day is not worth time becouse i need like 4/6hours to have your money you get from whole day.

@@HeraldRejn Its highly depends from what i am doing. I bil in 1 hour, yeah, mostly its possible in my case. Come to think about it, you are not doing much. You can do better. P. S. Since i wrote this post, 2 months ago, lots of things changed for the better for me. You see, i have a hobby, i am playing different MMO and looking for an easy and fast ways to earn money (in-game ones) there. Now i can do 300 mil in 5 minutes of effort. I can do 3-5 bil in 1-2 h. I can do 3 bil in one hour. Highly depends on luck and what exactly i am doing.

Yep! This video is pre-lightstones & hunting update so is pretty outdated. In another video, I explain a way to calculate the best lifeskill path via valuing time to find true value of materials, and only by actually making the calculation yourself, for your gear level, for your server, for your time period, can you accurately find the most profitable cook path. In all honesty, I made this video half as an experiment. It's purposefully clickbaity; I wanted to see how many views it would get compared to my other BDO videos, despite containing less useful info. And this video is now by far my most watched video, after TH-cam started recommending it heavily about a month ago (after it was already outdated). Experiment conclusion: YT's algo sucks.
