one of the best DIY projects i've seen . AWESOME all around system... the only thing i would change is to have the speakers on Spikes. i think they'll look much sharper. you have some great talent. KUDOS.
When thinking of how many step this music have been through, before it comes to live on my workstation speakers (Altec Lansing) here on my desktop, is just mind blowing. I know - much of the journey is done in a digital domain, but non the less, it's just awesome. Thanks for sharing!
I think this setup is the best, keeping the units in a vertical line. Any way - that guitar on track 3 is just....sorry can't find the words!! More please!!

If there is a badge "KEF" a price would be 20k. Now I know how to determine a linear phase, and I like Yan's builds even more (the only a tweeter makes something different, but I'm not sure via iphone-youtube).

Hi, great sound ! Are these totally sealed or aperiodic cabinets, there appears to be padded out circular ports in the "bottom" (if there were standing upright) of the bass cabinets?
Hi. These ports are closed. Depending on the music genre they not so often was opened. Just made them for experiments.

Im designing a large passive sealed 4 way with the SB34NRXL75 woofers and guessing I will need to EQ the bass to get the bottom registers. I like the simplicity of the crossovers, are they 2nd order?
@@user-tt3jz9io1w Thanks. No, these speakers are totally passive with no EQ or DSP. I would suggest you to pay a deep attention to your room modes while designing. On the other side, using an active woofers with a dsp is a great option anyway with its versatility.

SB23NRX is a good driver but sealed box needs a driver with longer cone excursion. Also the aesthetics was improved (subjectively) with 10” driver.

Damn sweet sound, amazing audio from diy speakers, gratz on a job well done. Most excellent speakers, beats the pants outta fancy pansy uber expensive snobbish speakers costing thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars. If you ever get tired of them, I'll happily volunteer to take them off your hands.

Bought a vintage 1978-79 speakers on Flea Bay. DLK Modular 1's. Made in America. Good Country. These people made speakers back in the day for an experience in sound every time you listened. Only in business 7 or 8 years. DLK came from Acoustic Research the makers of AR Speakers. I think i heard.
