What a talent. Brilliant scratch building to a tiny model. I've never used Mr Colour before. Is the slight sheen on the paint finish from the paint alone or do you add anything to it. I like the slight sheen to the finish and will start using it.

That thing belongs in a museum:-)! Grew up 100 yards from the fence of F17 in Sweden in the 80’s. A couple of times a week, the whole house shook and the windows rattled at 2am when a pair of Viggens departed full afterburner, to identify some target in the Baltic Sea. Good times:-)!

Also have this kit. Currently working on it now. I have honestly got to say I'm rather disappointed by the quality of the moldings. I'm aware of it's vintage being first released by Esci and then by ERTL prior to Italeri. On my example it has become obvious how bad the molds have degraded. Mine had a grainy finish on parts, incomplete or jagged panel lines (re-scribing them by the way), and general poor fit. I'm not addressing the lack of intake trunking just going to use the included FOD cover. I used Eduards PE set to dress up the spartan cockpit and some exterior components. Your build turned out excellent. The video of your detailed build was a pleasure to watch.
