I once visited a community in a hot location where as you mentioned women had a smell from home, from cooking, from sweating because it was environment was really hot. It made me conscious of my own body smell. I decided to spray ONE spray on my central body on my skin. I avoid spraying perfumes on my clothes because the smell lasts longer. I avoid spraying the area on the body that increases the smell of perfume such as the neck, wrists, behind the ears, hair and behind the knees. My intention is that if I say Salam to a sister, especially when hugging a sister, I smell nice yet the smell won’t be noticeable from afar. This is BEFORE listening to your video. SubhanAllah when I was younger, I never put perfume, I only put deodorant, because of the Hadith you mentioned. I only started wearing one spray of perfume when I noticed the smell from other women when giving Salam. JazakAllah khair for ALL your videos. I have found them so valuable and helpful. Asalaamu Alakiym, sister please do a segment on, encouraging to expose abuse, such sexual abuse, in the community. Expose those who committed criminal acts. Instead of the muslim community shuning away from speaking against , destructive physical, verbal , and emotional abuse. Communities, need to stop protecting the abusers and bring them to justice. Such as, family members, destroying there in laws , due to cultural custome, for example, in slaving daughter in laws. Within our communities, there are many un Islamic behaviours, that needs to be weeded out.
