A PROFECIA - a guided tour
Follow our guest curator Filipka Rutkowska as she takes you on a tour of A PROFECIA - the show which explores the female gaze as a tool for imagining and forecasting the future.
The artworks created by eleven female artists originating from Central and Eastern Europe present different strategies for thinking about what is to come. Ranging from occultist practices and mythologies to present-day utopias, the works create a spectrum of different sensibilities that may shape our world. At the same time, the exhibition asks the question of how the female experience can help us deal with the unknown and the unfamiliar.
