Quick comment, I need a calculation of how powerful a super fast arrow is. Arrow damage is based on velocity, and it could be that a max speed arrow does enough damage to make the boat completely obsolete. I don't even know if this would qualify as an attack from Steve, but if there is a setup where he launches an arrow fast enough, it could be worth looking into.

you should calculate how dense blue ice is by using your calculations from the kinetic boat bombardment attack. since if you were to ram normal ice with that amount of force it wouldn't break you can calculate that 81x the density (because x9 density for packed and another x9 for blue ice) is the actual density of blue ice and therefore weight of the blue ice which should be a lot more then before
