What a great judge, she went out of her way to explain the situation to this woman. Most judges would have just sentenced her as a punishment and not bothered to explain the reasoning behind it.

Regarding your comment about good luck getting fines and fees- the judge took it out of her bond, so they already had all of the money plus a bit extra. They will take that money and not refund it to her, so they will be paid in full.

The only smart thing this guy did was to accept an attorney being provided for him. Maybe he can plead guilty to the speeding of 37 mph in a 30 and have the rest dropped?

If her doctor finds out she’s not taking her meds as prescribed, he will most likely take her off all of them. My doctors are very strict about asking if I’m taking them as directed and doing urine test regularly. She should be held accountable.😮😮😮😮

I would love to know where in Wisconsin this judge is located. We in Wisconsin NEED cameras in our Milwaukee city and county courts to expose the ultra soft, leftist prosecutors and judges who would prefer criminals NOT be arrested so the courts don't have to release them. If you visit Milwaukee please be very aware of your surroundings all the time.
