The second case broke my heart to hear the mother plead with the court to revoke her daughter’s bond so she could get help and not hurt herself or someone else with her drinking. That emotional plea was heartbreaking and raw.
My goodness. This woman fails to complete a full sentence without an interrupted thought. Horrible communicating. The spirit of confusion is overwhelming her. Yikes. My goodness!!
I may have not grown up with the most stable family, but these kids are in the most unstable family I thought my dad leaving me at 5 years old was hard to deal with!
Courts need more resources and their own programs for mental illness and substance abuse rather than approved programs that they have no oversight or control of. These defendants need intensive care over a long period of time instead of factory line service and a couple of months in AA meetings. Nothing will get better until the parents' trauma is addressed and not just their crimes. Ebony looks like a lost hurt child suffering from deep trauma. There was no spirit or soul in her eyes. She can't get better until *her* wounds are healed. Most parents have enough willpower to suppress their feelings and carry on, but some parents can't do it, and they need help, not judgment and punishment.
The second case....she keeps saying that ciera is not a bad person but her "actions" say otherwise.....drunk and drinking when she's not supposed to be mom has to cut ties....period....mom can't help her....mom has to file for custody and cut her off till she's been clean and sober for 5 yrs
Welcome to my neighborhood. What a confusing case, All mama drama , even the dada is a mama and the attorney could be the child in ?. Im going to be dazed and confused all weekend🤣🤣🤣
I'm not sure Ga can get jurisdiction, even with what the judge is saying. Sounds like the daughter and granddaughter are not yet Jersey residents, but if daughter is an adult and the guardianship hasn't even gone to court (and good luck with that if she's in another state!), I just don't know what order judge can draft that would get the grandmother what she wants. With guardianships, her daughter is entitled to an attorney. Even if she brings medical documents, imo, it's not enough. Granny gonna have to go to Jersey. And she'd better do it before residency is established. If the daughter is under 18, I suggest filing kidnapping charges.
1st case: We need a white board diagram of family tree with foot notes, I’m so confused can’t even attempt to follow this mess.
@@saradavis6505 EXACTLY 🤣🤣 I WAS SOOO CONFUSED 🤔🤔 I WAS GOING TO GOOGLE IT TO MAKE IT MAKE SENSE TO ME
Well the first case gave me a headache lol

He's an attorney. He looks about 16 years old
He's been abducted at a school spelling bee trip, put in a suit and put to labor.
There's good money in it.
@@bosnbruce5837 🤣🤣🤣
Twelve 😅.
@@bosnbruce5837 Yeah, check on him in about 10 years; he'll look like he's 60.😉
"Once the child is back in the state of GA." Judge, that is the rub. Good luck with that 👍.

He’d have to be at least 25 to be a law school graduate
@@ike52466 24ish, and he could have skipped a grade; I did.
Attorney Harold proud of you. Weather you are a young attorney or older and look young

Holy buckets, confusing family. Thanks Krissy
You can see the wheels turning in the judge's mind as she tries to sort all these relationships out.
9:31 Damn! I’m about to know this woman’s whole entire family more than I know my own. 🥴
😂😂😂 you & me both
