    But they contribute to global warming 😮

    • @TimBinns68
      @TimBinns68 4 วันที่ผ่านมา

      If you believe a beef cow rotationally grazed on pasture contributes to global warming, your data is flawed. Beef cattle in stock yards that are fed grain and never see grass are an issue for CO2 and methane in the atmosphere. The average human has a daily carbon footprint greater than a cow on pasture.

    I’m not understanding the bird house. Where does the bird land? How do you hang it? Mount it?

    • @StolenWillowFarm
      @StolenWillowFarm 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      This was just a video demonstrating the ryobi nailer. The house itself was built with the nailer and other things were added to complete the house-landing pad, decor, etc. you can hang this style house multiple ways. The main way I hang them is taking my ryobi screw driver with long screws and use the hole where the bird goes into the house and secure it to a tree or post.

    😮 Appalling Lack of Safety displayed when working around a very heavily strained winch cable. The guy that "owns" the trailer has near no regard for how that cable, or for that matter the snatch block being used, could potentially decapitate him, if hook broke or cable snapped. Looked like the winch control was not via a remote control to enable one to stand back a safe distance from the cable and snatch block. I have seen the results of an old snatch block failing. Sheeve pivot pin broke, and pully went, not just through rear window of towing vehicle, BUT then through front windscreen; after making quite a mess of steering wheel it clipped on way though vehicle. Just because you have "got away alive and uninjured" every time you have done some task, does not mean this time you won't get injured or worse kill someone else near by.

    • @davidbroadbent2529
      @davidbroadbent2529 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Correction to my above comment. After relooking at video, I do find it difficult to tell whom is working winch, as camera does not clearly show that end of trailer. One gent may have a remote control. However my point above still applies. That winch cable is heavily loaded, and I certainly dont see the level of caution around it, +50years of training and work has taught me to have and maintain.

  • @davidlang4442

    Be careful with those Brad nailers. If not shot properly you will get a nasty injection into a finger. Those nails have a chisel end that follows the wood's growth rings if not turned right angles to those rings. 1.5" is a bit too long. 1.25" is more then enough for 3/ 4 thick stock..If you get shot by one, the 1.25" will not go as far into your fingers using 3/4 thick wood. I saw a close call in this video when nailing the top on. I have used these nailers for 30 plus years. I have seen those Brad nails make some very interesting turns in the wood to come out where a finger may be.They seem to "know" .So keep those fingers well away from any possible exit points that the Brad nail could get you at. Think and take your time nailing. Skewering a finger bone isnt fun, or good. Make sure your tetanus shots are up to date..I think it's every 10 years...not sure.

    Do you leave the heat off once you have salted and stir the curd every 15mins for an hour? Is it just sitting on the stove? Or are you using heat?

    • @StolenWillowFarm
      @StolenWillowFarm 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      For this recipe I don't cook the curds after salting but they should stay warm. Not more than 98 degrees but not less than 80. So if you need to add some heat you can just be careful not to get it too hot.

    Interesting video, thank you for sharing. You are gluing and nailing now you will not be able to clean it. When I make my Bluebird house and other houses the bottom is made to slide out, the top is made to swing to the side. Now it is very easy and quick for cleaning. Another benefit is we can move the top to the side look in seeing if anyone is building their nest. Looking at the eggs we can tell the type of bird. FYI: Always mount the camera; tripods are very inexpensive. A subject may move about, but never the camera. Watching a bouncy video is very annoying and spatially disconcerting, making it difficult focusing on what you want your views looking at. Truly hope that suggestion will improve your next video.

    • @StolenWillowFarm
      @StolenWillowFarm 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for the feedback. It was an impromptu video and we actually have a gimball that I typically use for filming myself and or the events around the farm. My husband was filming just trying to capture and was doing his best. It’s hard for him to hold onto the phone, etc.

    • @ricdonato4328
      @ricdonato4328 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@StolenWillowFarm Thank you for your polite reply. Please notice on Bluebird house plans the food slants towards the entry hole not towards the back. Yours, the entry hole is actually on the back of the house not the front. Easy fix cover the hole drill hole on the front. Also, the top should extend over the front, however you glued and nailed, so consider adding another piece to the top extending out over the entry hole; check the plans. Bluebirds can be quite finicky about the homes they choose. Truly, I wish you folks well with your houses, hope you have many pairs. We certainly enjoy seeing ours. Sometimes Chickadees nest in ours. We also use the RYOBI tools. Very impressed with the 18 gauge nailer, amazing tool. Cordially and respectfully submitted.

    Are you realy use 2 gallon (+/- 8 Ltr.) of goatmilk or are you used 4 gal. The package stiker said one pack is good for 4 gallon fresh or 2 gal pastorizied milk. What came out of 2 gal looks way less than yours only 764 gramm of little wet cheese curd and with only 2 tbs instead of 4tbs of salt it tasts verry salty
