Gears is a certified banger. He is only my second pick up from United after Chase. I am very excited to get my hands on Filch later in the year. 👍

I'm in about the same boat as far as United goes. Only got Wingblade from Wave one, Chromia from Wave 2 and I'm not even a Cyberverse fan. Should be getting Sandstorm, and Gears shortly as I think both are great for being updated iterations. Hasbro definitely looks to have pulled out all the stops with Gears, and can't wait to pair him up with SS Brawn, Ironhide, and Ratchet. Also have Magnatron on preorder, and though I know next to nothing about him, he is a fairly articulate, large figure, and Commander Class mostly always delivers. As for future figs Bee is a maybe, Springer a definite as I only have the T30, and of course 86 Prime which I too feel may be the definitive and last I'll ever need to own.

Missing link Prime does look good, but on reflection I decided to save my money instead. If they do a Sideswipe I will not be able to resist.

G1 Prime is actually still a banger of a toy. There's a lot of things he CAN'T do, but what he does do he still does very well. He's a decent, well detailed truck with rubber tyres, he's a pretty looking robot with some of the best articulation in G1, an agreeable amount of die cast that hinders nothing and helps keep him balanced and his core feature of transformation is a piece of piss even if you're three. He's actually a far better toy than some of the tat that Hasbro is trying to pass off as Prime in 2024. If you can get him at a decent price instead of collector prices, he'd absolutely still be one of the best toys you could give a kid.

Oh wow, that editing and humor, Good thing I'm not one to be easily offended. Missing Link Prime is a super cool idea, and delivers just about everything you'd want from the original. While the execution is great I'm still pretty good with the Commemorative release as I never owned the original growing up and the closest I had up to that point was the G2 release with the black trailer, and enormous guns on the side which I still think is awesome. Totally get the rant about the trailers. The Leader class trailers suck, and are undersized even compared to the G1 iteration. The biggest offender though is Commander Class Hot Rod which is a fantastic Leader Class figure on his own, but his trailer is literally next to useless unless you have the space to display it in assault mode. With 86 Commander Class Prime happening I hope at the very least they can make a proportionately scaled trailer so it looks good in alt mode.

I enjoy your vidoes, your humor is something I really appreciate. Lord Prime would be proud !!! So glad they added the rub signs on these Missing Link figures. If they don't do a Megatron maybe a Missing Link Shockwave could get a chance.

I looked at this notification, and immediately knew this was gonna be awesome. You put out memorable, and relatable Transformer videos. That Starscream ghost is a brilliant idea. Sandstorm is on my must have list.

Despite unpopular opinion really enjoyed Transformers Season3. I like how it went from episodic villain quests to peak Space opera with an actual narrative. Takara release of Octane looks so much better than the domestic which I've only experienced secondhand. Really hope to see this guy get the Leader treatment in the next year or two. While Legacy Blitzwing is still my favorite recent triple changer and probably the best iteration of the character we've seen, Sandstorm is an honest attempt though not near as refined. Still excited to get this guy in the collection come June or whenever he ships. Looks like loads of fun, and pretty solid for what he is given the LC budget.

Snapdragon was my favorite Transformers figure growing up. Most of the time I got rip off transformers.

Always a fan of the introductory lore in these vids. Never experienced Apeface, but my younger brother had a secondhand complete G1 Snapdragon which was pretty fun to mess around with. Headmaster gimmick was pretty brilliant for the day. Always liked how it raised the character stats when plugged into the neck. Several years ago a nephew found Earthrise Snapdragon in a thrift store mostly complete. While I think the plastic quality and engineering has gotten much better with modern figures it was still very faithful to the original design, and all three modes worked out pretty well/ Hasbro could do wonders with these guys at a Leader price point though right now I really want to see a Leader Class Octane as he needs a definite update.

You could probably make a decent Emirate Xaaron by repainting a High Grade Gundam Ez-8 or Ez-SR (they're the same core kit but the Ez-SR has some extra customization parts.) You'd have to 3D print the head, though, since there aren't many Gundam kits (or Gundam-compatible kits like the 30 Minutes Missions line) with faces.

6:07 - Three? What about: Outback, Swerve, and Tailgate? Sure, Tailgate is a repaint of Windcharger, so probably good there if Windcharger gets one, and we should get a Swerve soon (we hope). But Brawn was released in 2023 and still not Outback, so it's not guaranteed. - not even going to go into the Cosmos fiasco. But still hoping Hasbro issues a re-release. And there there are others like Smallfoot, Badboy, Pathfinder, Treds, Rest-Q, Rook, Tapout, and Glyph. We did get a Bug Bite and Road Ranger - so I see no reason why we can't get the others.

Dread tidings was a poor man's "Sound Waves". Hell, even "Grim Grams" was more entertaining. I do agree though, a Dreadwing set is absolutely needed.

Dreadwind and Blackwing are just the best decepti-dude goon types, like alternate universe seekers. Brilliant. Wish i wasnt 11 during PotP & was into transformers collecting since those fuckers cost just a bit too much for deluxes.

100% with you on Poweglide. Definitely needs a deluxe upgrade. The Combiner Wars figure is still the most accurate depiction of him we have, but it's sooooo thin and flimsy, and pieces keep falling off.

All I'm saying is if Legacy BeachComber can come with a Paradise parakeet , then A deluxe PowerGlide should be able to come with a little Astoria. They seem to be working their way through all the minibots , so I also can't wait for a deluxe Wind Charger at some point.

Hasbro doesn't care to finish the G1 teams as they stated. The younger crowd cried too much that everything was G1... now we'll die before we can complete our collections. They should have finished the G1 shows then moved on to the younger folks who are now coming into money and nostalgia...

Thunderwing would be amazeballs. Dreadtidings was amazing. I loved the fact that Hi Test was there heckling his boss all the time.

Commander Class Lugnut needs to happen. The RTS figure is underwhelming, and the rest (including the deluxe) are dogshit. Such a glorious character deserves a GLORIOUS figure. Otherwise, I would really like to see a new Abominus, since the Combiner Wars/POTP one sucked, both the regular release and the Selects version. Some other figures I would like to see happen are a good Tailgate figure, and FOC Insecticons (Sharpshot, Harshell and Kickback) and FOC Combaticons (Swindle, Brawn, Vortex, Blast Off, and Onslaught) that can combine into Bruticus.

Solid list, plenty of decent 3rd party options out there to full your quota. I'd love to see more of the obscure (original comics) bots like the Decepticon Triumverate; Siezer, Legonis & Octus. The classic (Actionmaster) Gut-Cruncher. Deathcobra from the Japanese Transformers show, Victory. Grandus a character that appeared in the failed Japanese pilot, Transformers Zone. Who had a toy that could combine with Metroplex. The actionmaster autobot, 'Kickoff'. That'd be my five (8 if you include the entire Triumvirate). Fine collection you've got there, man

Darkwing & Dreadwind would be at the top of my list. They're two I actually had as a kid.

I'm with you on Powerglide. Been wanting Hasbro to release a good figure of him for years now. If Gears gets a new figure, c'mon Hasbro!?! I actually like that Thunderwing figure. I played around with mine often. The robot and jet both looked menacingly cool, and the transformation is super simple.

I was wanting a Dread Wing. Then you mentioned Dark Wing connectivity. Which sold me on getting both. Plus I'm a fan of the "Masters" series. Whether it be Head or Power.

I believe Xaaron's design was based on G1 Megatron. Maybe they could retool Hardhead or Perceptor. My issue with Titanmaster Nightbeat was the grimace. His shade of blue actually matches that of Titans Return Blurr. I'd be happy enough with that combo if not for the grimace. SS War for Cybertron Megatron could work repainted as Flame.

I agree that a Voyager release of Darkwing and Dreadwind would be great. I'm lucky enough to have Botcon Dreadwind which is a fantastic figure. I'd be happy if the Thunderwing Titanmaster wasn't so expensive because then I could attach it to Nitro Zeus and apply the Toyhax set made specifically for that purpose.

Just a friendly reminder that these "most wanted bots" have aleady been made by magnificent companies such as Fanstoys and X-Transbots etc. Hasbro is a hasbeen. If only people would stop shoveling money to this lazy ass company already...

There are many figures I'd love to get, but the one figure that would make me really happy is a new Deluxe class Windcharger.
