Baby, I'm here bc I was doing braids every 3 months. I was doing everything right. Or so I thought. My hair was so damaged. Snap, crackle, and pop when I combed or brushed it. The breakage was so uneven, too. I am not a stranger to clippers , so I am cutting it off and starting over... again😭.

Me. Ive always grown my hair but never got cornrows or braids . Had a long ceasar with the waves era that gaslit me into believing that I wasn’t tender headed because I used only hard bristle brushes. Fast forward to me getting locs in my mid 30s and finding out that I’m tender headed af! About 10 retwist into my journey and I be leaving my loctician wondering if she hates me😂😂😂

Although I am not personally tender headed. I know it's real for alot of people 😢❤
