@@kjvjay I know there are many false doctrines in the LDS faith and God, our Heavenly Father, being an exalted man is false. No Scripture supports/verifies that false doctrine in the Bible or any Mormon Scripture. The Mormon Church is the only true Church of Jesus Christ on earth but the leaders have gone astray as mentioned in my first text. If you want to talk doctrine I will prove to everyone and to you reading this, you don't believe the Bible because you say Mormon Scripture is false when I can prove it is of the God of the Bible and have never lost a discussion with any Christian. The Book of Mormon is testified of in the Bible. All Mormon Scripture is of the God of Israel I can prove this if you need?

*Joseph Smith and his brother Hyrum died in a shoot out.* The Smith brothers and two others were in the Carthage, Illinois jail. The Governor of Illinois had placed them there to await trial because they were the instigators of the destruction of the printing press of the newspaper, “Nauvoo Expositor.” The newspaper had exposed the “plurality of wife doctrine, Doctrine and Covenants, Section 132,” which was written by Joseph Smith, a year earlier. The practice of polygamy by Joseph Smith and other had been secretly been going before Section 132 was written. All this was just now being exposed to the public. The jail was being guarded by a local militia. Two pistols were smuggled into the jail by Mormon Elder Cyrus H. Wheelock, a two shooter and a six shooter, called a paper box pistol with 6 barrels. Joseph had the paper box and killed 3 people that were coming up the stair at the jail. The jail cells are on the second floor. The cell door were open and the four had access to the top floor. Both barrels of Hyrum’s pistol misfired. Joseph and Hyrum were then shot and killed. The other two in jail with the Smith brothers were John Taylor, who would become the third Mormon false prophet after Brigham Young, and Willard Richards, ordained Mormon so-called apostle. The date was Thursday, June 27, 1844. The newspaper, “Nauvoo Expositor.” exposed the “plurality of wife doctrine, Doctrine and Covenants, Section 132,” which was written by Joseph Smith, a year earlier. The practice of polygamy by Joseph Smith and other had been secretly been going before Section 132 was written. All this was just now being exposed to the public. Also the paper was critical of Smith’s candidacy for President of the US, and Hyrum’s candidacy for the Illinois State Legislature. The 4 page newspaper, “Nauvoo Expositor,” first and only printing was issue Friday, June 7, 1844, before being destroyed by order from the Nauvoo City Council and Joseph Smith, founder of Mormonism, Mayor of Nauvoo, and Lieut-General of the Nauvoo Legion. The printing press and paper were owned by Nauvoo citizens, William and Wilson Law and Charles Ivins.
