B20vtec all motor stock block and crank skunk2 pro3
A compilation of everything thats been done this year to finally max her out and she is well on her way!!!! Just need to figure out how to get the cyp rotor to stay in place...that is the third distributor with that issue!!!!

Run starts at 1:10 Instagram: ZEUS_HDR_2.0 Stock 84mm bore with 89MM stock LS crank high compression pistons and upgraded type r tranny for track use....shifting at 9500rpm max is 10,000rpm since I was running in the 11.50 index class, had to slow her down a lot and let off right around the 1/8th. the car is currently in the upgrade phase and we are aiming for the 10.5 index for the 2016 season...

I always use an 8mm bolt instead of the screw for the rotor and loctite. Never had any issues after doing that.
What is done to the bottom end?

B series problems with the dizzy bro lol just make sure to get oem not one off ebay and it shouldn’t break..
great motor.. but we dont have luck with stock b20 block .. cracked cylinders 2 time.. 😭

Is the header hitting the exhust? Did you have any issues with IAT temperatures?
Never had to worry about the intake air temp plus in the summer the track is hot anyways lol but we did place a new cooling system the motor is completely different today on my instagram johnny_levels
Too quick on the shifting but good shifting anyways always try to get everything out of them gears

@John Q what springs are you using for the pro cams
These spring at the time was rated at 95psi because i rev the hell out of it to see what she likes on the dyno we did 11k rom before but she sits at 9800 rom for max power

GEE-ZUSS!!! That little fucker is fast! I really miss my 95 coupe, had a LS/VTEC in it with Intergra type R rear suspension and hardware making it 4 wheel disc, Koni yellows all 4 corners, custom p28 tuned by a friend. In 2005 when the retro Mustang came out with 300hp I would absolutely spank those things, I regret selling it...

Did the b20 sleeves last or is it a myth?
The issue would be ignition timing the oem sleeves can last but as soon as something goes off on time and let's say it adds on its own due to a worn out distributor she will Crack for sure
@@jfabulousnj3661 so generally speaking it's ignition timing (advance) causing det that breaks the sleeves and not rev limit like everybody online believes?
@@Liveforeever basically as we try to make more power with ignition timing with a sleeved block we can advance it a bit more the issue is the material and the thickness of the aluminum block it begins to flex a bit. So evertime that ignition hits with aggressive timing you start a small constant bend on the oem sleeves with alot of pressure. If I take let's say a plastic fork and constantly bend it back and forth eventually it cracks from constant wear and heat build
@@jfabulousnj3661 that’s from not running a girdle and revving to 10k. oem Honda sleeves can hold 300+hp just fine as long as u keep temps low
