A Road Trip from Bangalore to spend A silent Morning in the Forests near Horsley Hills, Andhra
This is where I went for a quick short road trip from Bangalore for one day. It is a great alternative to Nandi hills near Bengaluru too. Horsley Hills is the name of the place. There are also some fair amount of spots to camp near this place in Andhra Pradesh or also in the Karnataka side.

Thankyou, very informative video.Is there any online booking there from forest dept for trekking? Or is it direct walkin?
Thank you! Earlier there was no need for a prior booking. We could hike up to the forest check post & pay the amount directly to them and walk in (This is what I did). However, sometime at the beginning of this year, they decided to develop an online booking system to prevent extreme overcrowding, especially during weekends and holidays once the trekking season opens here.
Do we get internet in the tea houses ?
No. At a few places once in a while, you will get some okayish network to make a call or leave a message maybe.

Starting of winter so you can expect cold mornings and nights but not as cold as peak winter.

Thank you. Good to know. For seeing some snow usually January to March is a good option. I would recommend Jan end to Feb end because sometimes the snow comes in a little late.

Recently i vist the worst place that's is kudremukh because main point is homestay rent too high and the 2nd is atleast work the roads
This was very inspiring. As someone who suffers from Psoriatic Arthritis, I don't think I can ever trek this route. But I don't intend to just sit back. Is it possible/legal to take a mountain bike to this place?
Yes, you can ride up to this place called Sandakphu. There is an offroad riding/driving trail (different route) to sandakphu and also almost up to phalut top. Many people love riding here too. You will be able to reach very near to Phalut top but the final point is only accessible by a short hike from there. Glad to know you found it inspiring.

I couldn't resist myself from commenting. I am an Indian born Swiss based professional documentary filmmaker.i am in Kashmir right now (leaving ASAP). I came here to film something unique about Kashmir.. but guess what... In my entire life, i have not seen such a pathetic and suffocating place ever and yes, i have travelled a lot in my life.. Place is undoubtedly scenic, but there are many many scenic places around the globe and in India too. What makes the place beautiful are it's people. And they are some of the absolute worst i have seen in my life. Scammers, Aggressive, Blatant liers. And ya, anti national and constantly abusing our armed forces, PM of India... Even when I have told them that I am a traveller & not interested in this topic. I am here since a week and I have totally lost any strength & motivation to spend even a single more day here. Sick headed & Brainwashed people !! Not only those scammers, almost all!!
I agree. What makes a place unique with good vibes is the people especially those who deal directly with travellers/tourists apart from the natural beauty. I felt much better during my second visit as I was already mentally prepared and knew exactly whom to ignore and whom to listen to.
