I actually loved who they picked for America in the first pilot. (This is the second one) I believe Austin Butler would have been amazing as Maxim and Matt Lanter as Aspen. If they wpuld have merged the two pilots with that cast it would have been fire. Too bad. But i saw both versions and yet the second one did air after the vampire diaries but its been deleted because it didnt air after that it was only one time. You can find the original pilot if you are smart even if it says private today. Theres a wayback machine and a url link that can make it available and if you dig even more you can find the link to download it right from that archive. ;)
