I actually loved who they picked for America in the first pilot. (This is the second one) I believe Austin Butler would have been amazing as Maxim and Matt Lanter as Aspen. If they wpuld have merged the two pilots with that cast it would have been fire. Too bad. But i saw both versions and yet the second one did air after the vampire diaries but its been deleted because it didnt air after that it was only one time. Isabelle Rosa actors play different roles all the time and she would have acted as America before she became Petra because this was out before Jane the Virgin and when this failed they would have remembered her and cast her as Petra. Her previous roles have nothing to do with her character. She was also previously Olivia (Francis ex-lover) in Reign.
