I like your collection. I feel like the passport is too small.

because of time restraints with having a baby and now about to have my second I have switched from a bullet journal to a rings planner system. It saves me time from creating spreads, but I miss it so much. when my life is not so chaotic I can’t wait to get back to bullet journaling.

i love your minimalist setup! i feel like i’ve seen a lot of people moving from bujos to hobonichis recently so it’s nice to see people go the other way. i’m currently in an A5 leuchtturm but videos like these always make me want to try A6! keep us updated how it’s going <3

What size do you print the book covers? The idea to be removable to use more the one time is genius

😀i am new this yr, i just use timed section to list important times i need to remember eg 12-lunch with sister etc. i write if someone spoke, in person, phone emails to me about something interesting or that i want to remember. how i felt about that convo or news headlines, days mood in general, self care for that day =ideas or reflections for life or planner or hobby or budget or inspo quote at bottom- hope that helps x

I totally agree about simple bujo inspo.

Mine looks very similar - mood boards are everything! So few people are making pocket/A6 bujo content after just their initial set up so I hope to see more of yours!

Das mit den Stempeln habe ich mir abgewöhnt. Es sieht schön aus, macht aber manchmal mehr Arbeit als wenn man einfach den Stift verwendet, den man schon in der Hand hat. Wenn man geübt ist, kann man sogar auf ein Lineal verzichten. Es ist aber jedem selber überlassen, was er oder sie unter minimalistisch versteht. Das kann einem Niemand vorschreiben.

Was für ein schöner Setup! Wie findest du die kleinere Größe eigentlich? Im Januar hab ich mit meinem allerersten Bujo in einem Leuchtturm A5 Hardcover angefangen und habe leider herausgefunden, dass es keine kleine Sache ist, jeden Tag ein A5-Notizbuch hin und her tragen zu müssen 😅

I use the A6 pocket Leuchtturm too for my bullet journal. I think this is my third year of using one now. It always seem to be what I come back to!

Actually what you were saying about bullet journals is very accurate. The first time I heard/saw a bullet journal was all those super fancy ones online. And even though I was in awe how pretty they were, at the same time they also turned me off from bullet journals. The amount of work it needed to set up a pretty spread seemed too exhausting to me. it wasn't until the end of last year that I found out that the original idea of a bullet journal was pen, paper and a list. So seeing a low setup simple bujo is very much welcomed. I actually did switch from a weeks to a bujo in the beginning of year. My bujo try didn't last very long, 4.5 weeks to be exact. But I did learn what worked for me and what didn't so the next time I start thinking about a bujo I know what to gravitate towards. Your bujo setup is very lovely and I really enjoyed this video. Please keep us posted how it goes with your bujo.

The whole reason I use a B6 is that my TN system cover also allows for my Kindle. I use one of the planner cover’s bands to hold my Kindle in place by slipping the front cover through it in the same way the planner is designed to fit.

Great video, thanks for sharing! Try not to worry too much about the sound on the previous ones. Easier said than done, I know! I listen to TH-cam while working many times, and I always just use one earbud when I’m listening, so I’m at least one person who didn’t realize there was an issue. I loved when you said “sometimes even the things you love can be too much”. SO true and easy to forget, and then end up beating yourself up because “I love this, why can’t I do it today?” It’s important to be kind to ourselves all the time, and so easy to slip into self judgment. Hi Helena! Happy to hear you are feeling better! I totally related to being a burnt out autistic person at home most of the time. LOL. But seriously, I have had to be careful with the journal TH-camrs I keep up with because they live quite adventurous lives (at least compared to mine haha). The little things that feel big bring me a lot of joy journaling in my books and logging shows I watch, books I read, music I listen to, and places I go. I hope this comment makes you feel less alone :-)

Hi! 👋🏽 I’ve been buying Hobonichi’s for a few years but I’m trying to use them more this year than in the past. So the YT algorithm served me up your video yesterday ☺️ The first 2 weeks of January are a massive mess in my Weeks and I haven’t yet moved into the Planner. Then yesterday I decided I *needed* a Cousin so I’m waiting for that. You in comparison are doing superbly well!! I’m a stationery hobbyist so I’m subscribing! 🤓

I own 1 standard and 1 passport size. I still haven’t used my passport but I use the standard everyday for journaling,sketchbook and a scrapbook

This is a beautiful collection! Did you buy the new calendar? I have to check your recent videos. My favorite one at the moment is Octopus Fluids Dragon. It's also a sheen ink (green/petrol with pink sheen) but compared to Diamine's sheen inks it dries a lot faster and doesn't smear after its dried. Love it! My faavorite Diamine ink at the moment is Green Umber. And Mistletoe :D

i commented on your most recent video but i decided to start from the beginning to watch in order lol i'm trying to stop collecting things so much because i shuffle through special interests a lot, but this is really good reference for me haha. i may have to get that diamine silent night some day or experiment writing with dark blue inks because i usually don't but it's lovely! edit: also, it is SO COOL that you are a beekeeper!

In my cousin I use the yearly overview to track my holidays, the yearly index as an table of contents for my daily pages, the monthlies as a mix of future planning and memory keeping, the weeklies for time tracking and project management and the dailies for my daily task list + notes. In the empty note pages I have some trackers. I don't really fee the pressure to use the preprinted pages in the back. Some years I have used the time table and the favourites pages for their intented purposes.

I use the monthly blank page in the Hobonichi cousin for a quick snapshot of media. So I will just divide the page into 6 or so sections (they aren't necessarily equal): Mangas Read, Books Read, Music, TV Shows/ Movies, Webtoons, and then the 6th one depends.
