Great video, thanks for sharing! Try not to worry too much about the sound on the previous ones. Easier said than done, I know! I listen to TH-cam while working many times, and I always just use one earbud when I’m listening, so I’m at least one person who didn’t realize there was an issue.
I loved when you said “sometimes even the things you love can be too much”. SO true and easy to forget, and then end up beating yourself up because “I love this, why can’t I do it today?” It’s important to be kind to ourselves all the time, and so easy to slip into self judgment.
