Remodel Bathroom DIY Steps, second floor Walk in shower Time lapse
Thank you!!
Why not just make it easy on yourself clean it out caulk it with a flexible caulking let it try and paint it. You’re making way more work whether there doesn’t need to be one for repair of inside corner cracking.
If you don't do it this way, crack will keep happening because the vibration when someone walks or leans against the wall. If you use the tape it would not happen again, thanks for watching
@ if your walls are that fragile then cracks for the least of your worries. You better look into the entire structure. Call Kim would work just fine in a well-built house.
Best video on this topic hands down
Great video, thanks, only thing I would say is that all the strength will have to come from the wires because superglue (cyanoacrylate) does degrade over time due to contact with atmospheric moisture. It's good for a quick fix or to pin things together. It might work better in a dry climate, unlike here in the UK. Any application involving contact with water/moisture would be a ,mistake IMO. Epoxy resin 2-part like Araldite would be better
A nice fix thanks
really clear & expert video thanks
Best tire mouinting video on TH-cam!
brilliant video, no frills, no BS, just a lot of knowledge & skill passed on to us, thanks !
Fantastic 😍😍
Why do you need the top part of the box? Seems to me you just need a U
but now that ceiling is obviously not the same :/
Wow this is great idea Thank you 🙏🏻
Can this be used to fill cracks between ceiling and kitchen cabinet
Probably the best video out there. Everyone else makes it complicated.
I did it YES thank you for your support and knowledge
Best 🎉
This one of the best and more helpful videos I saw thanks you make it look so easy, follow your method really helps a lot.
thanks
Tried this with high load range LT tires. No fucking way. They're way too rigid to come off the rim like that. You can break the bead just fine, but good luck prying it off at the end with just a pair of bars and a hammer. I wasted a whole day on one and still couldn't get it off.
Lets see it work on a tyre straight from an older car and not on one you've already done
Lightest duty setup ive ever seen. Youd have a handful of broken 2x2s on even an average tire dismount.
I changed many hundreds of tires on a manual tire machine when I worked in a gas station/service station after school and during the summers when I was in high school in the late 60s. I ended up buying the manual machine made by coats and the atlas, certified stylish, floating and 90 weight gear, lube, tire, balancing machine/bubble balancer. I’ve used those until car started coming with aluminum wheels. I could not use my manual tire machine on aluminum wheels, because it will scar the wheel all the way around the edge of the rim while using the stylus type official type tire irons, which make it very easy to get the tires on or off the wheels.. so I have changed many many hundreds of tires, I even worked on tires back before tubeless tires were common. So I had to contend with inner tubes when people would come in to buy new snow tires or have a flat tire repaired. The main thing is the machine must be solidly mounted to the floor. That’s half the battle. you can get the 1st half of a Tire on the wheel without using any tire irons just using brute, force, and your hands. Getting the tire bead into the well of the wheel is the key, the second half of the tire is the tough part.. as I said, it is important that the tire machine/stand is solidly mounted to the ground somehow. forcing the tire on to the wheel, getting the bead down into the well of the rim is a little tougher on the second half of the tire install, but the last 90° is the tough part that you really need a tire iron for.. same story with a motorcycle wheel, getting the first 90° off the wheel is the tough part, and getting the last 90° of the second half of the tire on the wheel is the tough part. Keeping the tire bead in the well of the wheel is the key to making the job easy… I noticed in one of your other videos that you are standing on the wheel. That is the key. Just like having the tire machine that is simply holding the wheel in place must be solidly mounted to the ground or you will just be moving the tire machine around your shop floor if it’s not bolted to the ground. I still have my old coats manual, tire machine, and the tools for breaking the bead, and a very special tire irons that are about 4 feet long with the stylus on the end for sliding the tire on the wheel, which makes it so much easier. I could do the job with just higher irons.. When removing a wheel, the main thing is to have the tire bead broken free from the wheel on both sides… I was using my manual tire machine on my wheels, my wife’s wheels, my mother and sisters wheels, my father-in-law and mother-in-law‘s wheels, and later, my three kids wheels, every winter to remove the summer tires and install the winter tires here in Pennsylvania. Then in April, I had to remove all those tires from all those wheels with my manual machine. i’m happy today that pretty much everybody has either a four-wheel-drive SUV or a front wheel drive car that uses all season tires.. that was a lot of work when I was younger every December and April. If you know the basics on how to remove and install a tire onto a wheel, getting the beat down into the well of the rim, and making sure the beat is broken free of the wheel when removing tires, you can change just about any tire.IF You can get the wheel to hold still
Thank you for watching!!!
very slick, I would like to see how to do that on a modern motorcycle tubeless mag wheel with a motorcycle tire. Those are the ones that are tough, especially if you use a Z rated or V rated radial tire, 60 or 70 series. can this be done while the brake discs are still attached to the wheel? That is how I do it using a Plastic milk crate and I usually have to use three tire irons and rubber lube, not dishwashing liquid, because dishwashing liquid has LYE in it, which is corrosive to aluminum
You're clever and smart 👍.
Nice and simple
Thanks great video
thanks
🎉😊Merci 😅
God bless you straight to the point. Best video I’ve seen for removing wheels by far
Great job with simply explain .thank you very much for knowledge sharing and keep up the good work .
Claw hammers are for carpenters.and screwdrivers are for electricans.
Protect this man at all costs
Best diy method I’ve seen well done
your video is awesome! I watched probably 10 other videos and couldnt get the tires off. I watched yours and didn't have any problems! thank you!! this saved me $100💲💵
One of the Smartest fuckin things I've ever seen
This method damages the hell out of the rim finish....
Thats great thanks for the quick reply
I love how you explain everything ❤❤
How did u make that design on ur ceiling? Can u pls let me know. Ty
Use a mop 😅
how do you fix the texturing of the wall/ceiling when you do this so it doesn't stick out like oops this was damage and is now fixed?
You fill crack with mud, and then caulk over the mud. Then you don't have this issue of texture match
Yeah, you will just have the crack show back up quicker though @@TheDaveDryden
Seriously, this is simply the best repeatable means of tyre removal. Thanks 👍
I have the same exact problem in my upstairs hallway and one of the bedrooms...Going to trying this method (Seems like they did a shitty job at taping when the house was built - all around) - Thank you sir..
Thank you for watching!!!
great video thanks for sharing can you tell me the thickness of the wood and the rod.
i built this with 2x4s & a 3/4" threaded bar from Lowes. it popped the bead on my 275 60 r20 wheels that have been together for over 10 years
Thanks mate, looks like the life is easy with your tips
Best video I've seen to remove and reinstall tire
I'm 90kg, I tried to walk the tyre in like he did and the tyre just laughed at me.
I wonder if a strap could work instead of the homemade tool?
Great video. Whats the diameter of the threaded rod?
I learned years ago to wet the tape to avoid air bubbles. Too bad I didn't have TH-cam in 1974 when I built my first house.
BUT WHAT ABOUT THE WHEEL BALANCING , HOW TO DO ?
What's the purpose of the piece of wood above the rod? Doesn't the rod hold it together there too
No audio, quick, and informative. The block is genius, thanks!
