These price points are high, but they cater to wealthy renters who previously owned large, luxurious homes in Highland/University Park and are now looking to downsize while still seeking-and willing to pay for-the same level of luxury they enjoyed in their former properties. For them this is perfect lock it and leave units.
I just cannot wrap my head around paying $14,000 per month in RENT. Even if I had that kind of money it would be a no go... Id rather rent a $3,000 per month apartment and then invest the difference ($11,000.00) each month into the S&P 500
The person that lives in this unit won’t work or a 9-5 and would never put money intro an index fund. Most likely will be an entrepreneur that took a bet on himself.

This is crazy. I live in Las Vegas. 5 bds, 3 bath, 3600 sqft, pool & jacuzzi for $3700 monthly.
