GREAT job on that interior!! If you're gonna own it and use it there's no reason to keep it stock. Some folks would rather suffer than drill holes in their expensive new gear, gotta make it work FOR you.

Nicely done. Not everyone just carries a bucket of power tools. My trade I carry one cordless drill and the other 40 lbs is hand tools. I made similar modes to a Husky rolling tool bag because there was not nearly enough small pouches/slots for hand tools.

The various pack out setups have never impressed me ... until I saw yours. Very clever the way you mounted a canvas bucket organizer and the adjustable screwdriver rack inside the box. Not only is it space efficient, but you can still store and access power tools and batteries. You really helped to open up new and creative ways to use these plastic totes. thanks for taking the time to make videos.

Used the bucket boss for my harbor frieght version and it works great! Have gone through 2 rolling bags in the last year and needed some sturdier but didn’t want to compromise the pockets. So glad someone showed me your page!
