how long is the main bolt for the stem?

What about the stories that this scooter stem breaks as well? Solutions? I want one but I don’t want to die Cz of this snapping

Hi, Nice Video, any Idea if I wand to use a 20 Volt drill battery to charge the scooter thru the Normal Port? Like step up 20 to 36 Volts?

This is a problem on many of these scooters after time just with the power these things have the rider puts alot of force on those handlebars. All that force is focused on that stem and bearing area. It's quite possible over time the bearing seat can become ovalised thus creating slop in that area. That whole area needs to be engineered alot stranger

Hi I've got a problem wait my scoot Namibia 2 now I've charged it to 100% ride it for 5 minutes then it will shut off and then I can't power it back up to my charge it do you know the solution thank you

I think the aesthetics of this scooter is the best. The newer Klima now arrives with a much cleaner and modern tail light, a big upgrade to the old Led only tail light. I think the all black finish is ideal. If you want lights? plenty to buy that you can add. I'm not a big fan of the exposed Led that the larger Nami's show on the sides. Gave it a test ride and absolutely loved the suspension. It was like riding a cloud! Currently comparing it to other scooters. Not sure what scooter I will choose for purchase but did it's on my list as a top choice.

I have found something not mentioned here that has finally solved my wobble. The shiny silver head bolt which the stem sits on has a small hex bolt on the front of it. You can just see it when your stem is folded down. This nut is the key to fixing the wobble. Just screw it out a bit and then put the stem and clamps back. It will improve once you turn it out sufficiently. Just trial and error until you get it right. I found that after a few rides the bolt would creep back in and the wobble would come again. I didn't think loctite would last so I found a small washer and put that inbetween. It can't move now and I am finally free of the dreaded wobble!

Week two of ownership of my Klima Max and I love, LOVE this scooter. Insane acceleration and more than enough speed for my needs. I just drove it to work for the first time today on our first warm spring day in the Philadelphia suburbs, and the range is very good… 14 miles each way, and I started at 92 percent and was at 52% when I got to work with some hill climbs and speeds 25-28mph most of the way. 220 lb rider with motorcycle jacket/pants and a backpack with lock, laptop, shoes and work clothes. I bought a 2nd charger to leave at work, so I just top it off before heading home. It might make it both ways on a single charge, but the cost of the 2nd charger is not a big deal and then I don’t worry about it. Was fully charged to my intentional setting of 90% by lunchtime. Zero issues hillclimbing, which is important for where we live. It’s reasonably light enough to load into the back of an SUV or station wagon. It will probably not fit into most traditional car trunks. As I become more familiar with it, I enjoy the balance of torque, handling, and comfort. For me, S-mode is its happy-space, providing good speed, stability, and a relaxed/enjoyable ride, while preserving better range.

im upgrading from a ninebot max g30. by looking at all the reviews of the klima, i can tell im gonna be dealing with a completely different type of scooter. literally from a safe commuter scooter to a semi-recreational scooter...and im all for it :)

Any other issues you've had with this scooter? How about tire punctures since they aren't self-healing tires.

the front fender is dogshit, it needs to be longer, it sends the water flying 45 degrees up and then you drive through it soaking your legs.

Mine is at 83% and this does not work. Maybe only works on the Chinese cell? I have the LG model

Is there a video that shows how the whole assembly goes together including the bearing and how it goes and how to adjust it? My brand new Mantis has very notchy steering and it feels horrible.

The reinforced stem clamp 3 holes made by Kaabo have 2 parts one bigger and more long but the another one is 0.5mm more loose I don’t know how to fit it

Didnt work for me. I do have to do this to resume charging, but there is also a limit and it doesnt let you charge above 80%? Something like that. Maybe im wrong, i hope so. Anyway its not hard to charge to 100% just wait for the light to turn green before you unplug

Hello Ralf, great review! I have a couple of questions regarding the suspension (in general). I have a mantis single 800w motor and a zero 9 (which has suspension but it’s terribly stiff and can’t be adjusted) that I planned to sell and get another mantis, but dual motor this time. My gf won’t touch the zero 9 only the mantis so I need one for me 😅. It’s the adjustable hydraulic suspension in the MKGT (or Klima) that much better than in a standard mantis? Is that slower rebound of hydraulics really life changing? I’ve found in the web suspension rods for mantis that supposedly give a slower rebound (have you tried aftermarket rods?). My main concern is stability in case I hit a pothole or something like that and I don’t plan to go fast, just normal city riding. Thank you very much in advance for your answers and sorry for the loooong message.

I transitioned from a dualtron to nami burn-e and notice the same thing when I first started charging then realized all I had to do was plug the charger from the wall socket then plug it back in then the charging would start.

For a $3k USD, that is pathetic.

I have just tried this and it 100 percent does not work on my Nami Klima.

handy to know but when i charge my scooter i allways plug it in the wall first with it not switched on plug it in the scooter and then turn it on at the wall am i doing it ok

i have an issue with my mantis 10. either i get stem vooble or if i harden the bolts i get hard steering. how do i solve both issues at the same time?

What would you recommend as a scooter that has a good range, can ride in the rain, off road once in a while, reliable, comfortable ride, and easy to work on and find parts? I've never owned one, and there aren't really any dealers around me, Ann Arbor, MI, so I can't test drive one, which sucks. I'm 5'10 and 185 pounds. I'm debating between the Blast and the Klima, the Burn e max and max 2 are heavy and quite expensive for me. 🙏🇺🇲 New subscriber.
