I've been looking at tiny homes for years and years and lately I keep coming back to Tiny Idahomes designs! The price is so reasonable too. Once we find the parking spot, y'all will probly hear from us!
One thing that has been miscalculated is the width of doorways & the bathroom area for those who are more heavy set

That unit had back up batteries installed, so all the 12-volt items would still function
This would be perfect if the buyer would have put in a oven combination stovetop and made ceilings taller so a person who is at least 5 ft tall could stand in the loft which would be the only bedroom 😢❤

Yahoo! An accessible tiny house. I'm not sure how that shower would be functional. I'm not trying to be nosy, I'm a wheelchair user that admires, and dreads tiny homes and nomadic homes; and secretly praying to live a different lifestyle.
This is really liveable. Love the kitchen and that you can stand in the bathroom and have more than four pieces of clothing rolled up under the bed! Even has a cubby for shoes! I have to laugh at other " homes" that are so proud of their cubbie by the door where you can cram in three pairs of sneakers! And the price under 100k, getting there. But why would anyone get this when they can get a double wide for half the price?
I think because this one is more portable? For families that are living a nomadic lifestyle perhaps. I believe a double wide would either be too difficult to travel with or not possible.

hey im in a wheelchair but will be disabled my whole life even if i can walk a little, I built a tiny home but my Dad tore it down , I am still trying to build another but don't have any help or friends until I can escape my current place or build a new one. i just need any advice on how you get land and a few instructions on how to get it done right. thank you sorry typing fast.

So do you not insulate the floor at all?
Yes, we do insulate our floor with a R-13 fiberglass roll insulation
I would change for me the shower because I would have to transfer to a shower chair. And I wouldn't need deck either
