This is really liveable. Love the kitchen and that you can stand in the bathroom and have more than four pieces of clothing rolled up under the bed! Even has a cubby for shoes! I have to laugh at other " homes" that are so proud of their cubbie by the door where you can cram in three pairs of sneakers! And the price under 100k, getting there. But why would anyone get this when they can get a double wide for half the price?
I think because this one is more portable? For families that are living a nomadic lifestyle perhaps. I believe a double wide would either be too difficult to travel with or not possible.
