Is there a way to get it to work on SteamDeck. I downloaded it, but when I turned on the game, it didnt work. Though, I'm still new to modding games.

I'm not able to launch the game through the mod manager in any other language than English. If I set the path to Steam\SteamApps\common\FINAL FANTASY VIII\FF8_DE.exe under general settings I get an error that the game can't find the ff8_en.exe. Is this intended?

Wish they could implement the 60 fps menus and buttery analog control from the psx version.

They deserve so much respect for actually getting voice actors, I'm sure there will be mods that automate the voices in future but I will never play anything like that using that technology; for the extra effort and human aspect this mod deserves the highest praise.

I understand that the mods currently are super new, but the Card-RF seems to mess with the names/images of the cards, which visually breaks the game...... Early on in its lifespan so cant wait till it all gets a couple of updates :)

This is Huge! I really hope modders make an overall combat, junction and enemy lvl revamp so It becames a true experience. FF VIII is and always habe been my favorite.

We got a final fantasy 8 mod manager before we got gta6

New to setting this up. When I try to launch game from the mod it says game could not be found even though I pathed to the ffviii launcher.exe in the steam apps>common>ffviii
