Great information and advice, thanks
Great tips Jason. Great video my friend 🔧👍
Thanks artie, hope all is well
Good lesson, Jason. Most people are afraid to do any front end work on their own but it's all really pretty simple. I can usually get them pretty close. Last time I had to get an alignment though, i did both sides inner and outer and the car felt jerky when it got slippery out.
I've done that a few times, way back when.
Good advice, Jason.
Very thorough tutorial
Good tips in this video. It has been awhile since I had to replace the Blazers' tire rod. I have to remember to mark the jam nut & rod. I just marked & counted the treads & "lucked out". Adding another 👍 Stay safe, Joe Z
Thanks joe buddy
👌
Very nice video, i like your style, honest and crazy lol no im joking , honest and down to earth, thanks jay
Thanks my friend thanks for the kind words.
Crazy lol thats right
View #5..........I think you got it all..........good information.......well explained......
Thanks me buddy
Nice ideas there Jason 👌
Thanks steve, hope all is going good for ya snowed it yet? Lol
@DIYVariety 4 inches today . It's been a snow free winter for many parts to getting hammered in the snow belts.
Great information Jason well done 👍👍
Thanks nev old buddy
I missed this video somehow. You're right! The smell is overpowering and it lingers for days! I used baby oil in mine too (almost the identical unit except branded differently) and I thought it would be without too much odor but it "Smells the High Heavens!" There are some small evaporative hoses and a charcoal canister above you gas tank and they may also be the source of the leak. Some apply smoke directly to the fuel filler and watch the tank. Great video!
Lol it sure do. I wasnt thinking and tried it in shed and took days for it to get out. Lol great video bud. I had to replace the evap canister selinoid.
@EverydayProjects i have to watch a second time because it disappeared after first time so just in case it didnt register lol
Very awesome video my friend I love watching your video's
Thanks my buddy
@@DIYVariety your welcome my friend
Interesting to see the different culture and how they lived.........Nice school and waterfall............awesome
These look like interesting locations to visit, thanks for showing us
I love museums and OLD THINGS. That's why I watch your channel, Jason. You're Old LMAO But you're talented and interesting! Tallinn has lots to see and learn about. It's probably somewhere I'll never get to so thanks for the tours.
Lol was that a compliment or insult lol im going to take it as a compliment. Yeah it was nice we went again this year but thats it for europe for a bit. But never know change my mind as often as you walk in a room and ask why your there lol
@@DIYVariety You do a good job! You provide entertainment for us all. Plus you're OLD!
Lol
A cold day to go sightseeing.
I love seeing that type of building construction and the way they build fences and such.
This has been interesting Jason, thank you for sharing your trip👍👍
Join me as we explore some of Tallinn’s lesser-known spots, including the Tallinn Open Air Museum, an abandoned Soviet missile site, and the tranquil Arvo Pärt Centre. Let me know what you think of these places in the comments, and remember to subscribe for more travel content!

Thanks you too
USE A AIR IMPACT OR BATTERY OPERATED IMPACT ...
I did for other side, cheers
How's she goin'? Nice job pressing that bushing out and back in Jason. You may not of had the right gear, but you still cobbled together a system that got the job done!! Aces in my book!! Take 'er easy!!
I’ve used it on a modern ford engine in my focus. Everywhere it says to use silicone, I use this stuff instead.
Really, have you had any problems?
@ yea, the outside of the engine isn’t getting oily anymore. 😁
@ I’ve used it on an old 1965 triumph bonneville engine. No leaks. No one can believe it.
@@DIYVariety I still use silicone on the sump. But if thought of trying this stuff.
@corex72 lol then thats success
Thanks again my friend, nice to see other places.
What works works, im surprised it kept going. Lol drywal screw lol
Very nice place even if its old, love to start traveling, rega seems nice
Lmao that cage got ya, i thought for sure you were going to trip😊
Nice one, great seeing those old style locks.
I was thinking it had screw in also, but i think thats mostly for rear, thanks my friend
This is probably one of the best control arm videos i have seen. Great job showing us or me, how to do this bushing. Very well done.🎉
It looked like you needed an extra pair of hands setting up the bearing press but it worked well. Great job getting it done
Lol yeah i needed extra hand
You need a woodstove in that shed to work in the warm...........LOL..........just a tip.......hit the end of the press with some pressure on it and you will work easier..........Are you sure that is where your clunking is coming from.......I am doubtful that it is........let us know if or what is....... Great wrestle with the press Jason........
Not sure if it was bad enough to cause the clunk, but i put new ball joint and bushings ans tie rod ends and sway bar links. They were all bad but i think it might be the bushings on the sway bar itself or rear end links. Tried everything i know or what people tell me and cant mimic the clunk lol
Good job. I've used a ball joint press for all sorts of things. I've been needing to do this to the passenger side of my Jetta for about two years now, I just keep putting it off. Maybe this spring lol
Not too bad, kinda easy out / in.
Evening Jason. Very satisfying watching that bushing come out and be installed.
Got a clunky ride? Time to fix that control arm bushing-quick, easy, DIY style! Follow along as I tackle this project without a bushing press, using a ball joint press instead. I’ll show you the steps to press out the old bushing and install a new one with a bit of creativity and patience. Let’s get to work and keep that ride smooth! Don’t forget to share your thoughts or questions below, and subscribe for more DIY car fixes!
Good idea Jason. Great job 🔧👍
I'm corrupt! HaHaHa LMAO HaHaHa Nice sticker shout-out Jason!
Lol i didnt think you watched that far so i didnt think you would know lol
@@DIYVariety I watch everything! I am all-Knowing-all-seeing-all-over-the place-all-the-time (like a bad cold).
That worked pretty slick thanks for the tip. Hope the next one is as hassle free !
Yeah both went good.
You did a great job there Jason, i think you need to treat yourself to a heater for your shed it looked cold 🥶🥶
Yeah i need a big heater
Very nice job Jason . 👍🏻
Thanks man
Wonderful 👍👍
Appreciate it
Nice job Jason, that bushing looked old and wore out..... it oddly reminds me of someone we know. 🤣👍
lol did you notice i should have took a close up, but if you zoom in the rubber looks just like a Krispy cream donut. Just in case you didnt see that lol
🤣👍🏼🤣
