The Principality of Zeon may have lost Col. Garma Zabi, but they won millions more followers of the Zeon cause as Gihren turned his brother's funeral into a rally to radicalize those who attended.

Gundam EVO is over, bros...

After watching this movie as my entry point to Gundam apart from building my first gunpla and the timeline explained by Crunchyroll, this song, is just so amazing. As the outro of the movie it just perfectly embodies the dark and cruel part of war. It perfectly contrasts as to how bright and colorful Gundam is to such an intense plot. As a kid that grew up with Viet parents who listened to ballads and opera, this song sent chills the moment it started playing. It's just something with opera that can be played over a silent video of a wasted battlefield or main character's best friend or lover dies within their arms as it slowly zooms out or fades to black. Caesar's death song in Jojo as well as Hymn of the Soul in persona 4 are also two great songs with the same tone. Sad that this song isn't on Spotify.

When I saw the compilation movie, I literally laughed and had to rewind at the part where the Zeon soldier is air-dropping in on the giant Jaburo base in a Zaku, says "Am I going to make it!?" and then gets blown up while this cheesy song plays in the background. It was such a quintessentially Japanese scene; I loved it!

In my humble opinion,other than the Bible,the Iliad ,the odyssey,The godfather movie ,the Mobile suit Gundam universal century saga is the greatest story ever told by mankind.that is my personal opinion

I just noticed the h in Gundam stands for happiness

I remember the movie was my first exposure to Gundam. And it was alright, I definitely would appreciate it more as I got more familiar with Gundam but it was alright. But then this song started playing as the chant of "Sieg Zeon" faded and it was so ominous and impactful that I immediately loved it.

I think it shows the culmination of his growth and love for the crew of the White Base. Earlier in their adventure he was willing to abandon them but now views them as family
