Poinciana is huge . And he started at a park on the far south side of it. In the middle of nowhere . If you in Solivita or poinciana near Poinciana Lakes Plaza or the golf course it’s nice and only 40 minutes to Disney. I live close to the new toll road and I love it bc I do not use the hellish Pleasant Hill Road 💯

Yes please to Poinciana lol,you will love it,no stress no traffic, alot to do in Poinciana, so many activities and great A plus schools, and in reality the homes are priced cheap and the land you get with the home is well worth it.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

@@RealOrlandoLiving By the end of August. I’m okay with renting for now, but I would like to eventually buy. But want to be sure about the location first.

Nope! , the housing prices in Poinciana used to be very reasonable and they STILL should be reasonable! Unfortunately there are NO JOBS in Poinciana, and it is WAY TOO FAR from everything!
I don’t understand why there are so many people that move here. Sorry! I don’t get it??? You have to drive a hour to get anywhere! and the traffic is a nightmare! Poinciana has a HOA WITHOUT a gated community.

Compared to the rest of Orlando, those are the most reasonable of prices. We should start to see price stall or drop a little based on the things you’re speaking about!

It's sad a video was made to fool people into moving in the area of Poinciana. Poinciana is not the place to move to. Trust me, I'm in the area daily. Realtors, you guys are selling homes in an area that is considered a flood zones. Home Insurances are peeping this and using it to assist with the hike in homeowners insurance. You ever wonder what causes the cracks in the stucco, where you can see the center blocks? It's also the same reason for the cracks around the interior of the home, like windows, corner of the walls, etc. The amount of land alteration done on the foundation is out of this world. If you want to purchase a good home, look more towards the area of Clermont and further north of Florida. Cypress Pkwy and Pleasant Hill Rd are fantastic around 6 in the morning.

When you say thing like that, you’re not taking pricing into account. Median price in Clermont is probably 75% more than Poinciana. As far as flood zone are concerns, that is a very Florida problem. There are tons of homes in Flood Zones and a skilled Realtor would let the buyer know that their future is located in a flood zone. People still make the decision to live in them🤷🏽‍♂️

Some parts are Osceola Schools and some are Polk County. Really depends on the property.
