Sammy Hagar is great, but he can never bring anything to the table that David Lee Roth cannot. Nothing personal, David Lee Roth is just...the best ❤
Straight up R&R
Once you said NIN, I subscribed! They are my favorite band! WOOOOOOT! Check out the Nailed Podcast, my friends produce it!!!
One of their best covers IMO.
Thanks for the reaction. They are a great band, doing rock as well as soft rock.
He is one of the finest vocallist I have ever heard, sometimes he tended to overscream himself... but as he got older he toned down that quite a bit. Still kept his range (up until now, 73 un-be-lie-va-ble) but gained depth. When and if you choose to hear more of his material, you'll definetely hear his love for Stevie Wonder, even covered Stevie like: Maybe Your Baby).
Personally, I think Motley Crue has several songs that are better than Dr. Feelgood -- Primal Scream, Wildside, Home Sweet Home, You're All I Need, Don't Go Away Mad, and Looks That Kill are probably my 6 favorite Crue songs.
Great post. 🙏
Not that long ago!!!!
it's a cover of Gary Glitter from 1973
I love you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
David Grisman. The Grateful Dawg!
These kids were 23 when they cranked out this masterpiece.
Yep the Dead Head bop goin
They soon broke up after this. Things would never be the same.
Go to their Barbed Wire Kisses , or Darklands albums...
Such a vibe
By your definition of progressive, listen to Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon
The award category was Hard Rock/Heavy Metal. Tull is certainly hard rock.
I enjoyed for your reaction to def leppard. I am a mariah carey fan, but def leppard version blows her version off the charts. His very emotional voice, the guitars, and drums really add to this song. She was good but was definitely over shadowed by def leppard
there is a video for this song where they added a visual story of girls dying in a car accident with him, and then they rise from the dead and come for revenge
Amazing how this was once the heaviest song on the planet.
No Love For Bobby, Spotify?!😂😅
Rocking reactions 4 yrs ago before reactions were a thing. Love Opeth. But this ain't their song. Plus, they added no value to Would. I'd generally say this is a fail. Lazy at best.
One of the ones I like best is "Shakedown Street". I can just see some guy boppin' down the street. I also love Casey Jones. "Trouble ahead, trouble behind, Casey Jones, better watch your speed". or something like that.
badass channel, real down to earth and genuine 👍
Fair play to you - speed metal - from a long time ago.
Fantastic choice. Great reaction
3 years later I suspect somebody has mentioned it. This was his song for David Byrne and The Talking Heads. Listen to it. He sings with David Byrne's style, and the song's style is very very Talking Heads'esque. There are some live performances of this song where Eddie Vedder even dances like David Byrne would throwing his arms around.
Home sweet home and live wire
Song gives me chills
So you like industrial, d'ya? Well, Throbbing Gristle and Einsturzende Neubauten should be the obvious choices for you to review, then.
Diamond Dave is a treat, Saw him in the early 80s and again in 07 or 08. Anyway, Dave is a show all by himself. Joe Rogan has an interview with Diamond Dave from a couple of years ago. He's got the most unreal and hilarious stories. They're so weird and funny, he's exactly like you would expect him to be from his videos.
My favorite favorite ballad from Poison. It’s catchy n melodic. If you sign along this song l Won’t Forget You…. You have to say “I Won’t Forget You (Baby!!)🫠👍
What is the difference between VAN HALEN & Van hagar !!! Simple Sammy throws a party! DAVE IS THE PARTY!!!
love your reaction 😉
What an honest and entertaining reaction. Thank you!
Next one you got to do by damageplan is New found power
Thanks for this.
Deadhead ❤️🔥
❤️❤️❤️❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
Ferrell (as Dennis DeYoung) was quite right. YES were one of the biggest progressive rock groups from about 1970-77, but YES of the 80s recorded mostly commercial songs that were, well, as Ferrell said "songs which signaled the beginning of the end for many formerly cool artists". OK, "Owner of a Lonely Heart" introduced them to new fans, some of whom went back to their early stuff, but the band never again reached the musical heights of songs like "Close To The Edge", "The Gates Of Delirium", and "Awaken" (they're the "opposites" you might have been expecting - and certainly that's the case with the entire double album "Tales From Topographic Oceans").
Love your choice of music
Learn with an effing reaction video is. You know the song already. Get a clue.
Ultimate respect to you for listening to the J&MC, not many people go for that.
So cool you did this. One of the best of the 90s. You discovered a treasure.
1985.
Totally off subject here, but have you thought about sprucing up your decor ? I mean seriously your drab walls…your cluttered shelf thing, rumpled bed ? Put me off, didn’t even stay for the reaction. PAINT
Welcome to the Genesis/prog rock genre. I hope you will listen to more. By the way, Pink Floyd always over Led Zeppelin, every day of the year.
Dime and Vinnie always hit you with that heavy groove and Bobzilla just makes it dirty with that bass. And Patt belts great.
Thanks Ren, for playing the actual video
