@@MotheEarth72388 Yes it started over heating. I would change the thermostat first since it’s the easiest and cheapest option but if you have the time and money I would just replace the water pump and thermostat at the same time because eventually you will have to anyway. Also make sure your fan is working properly. Hope this helps.

@ yes thank you so much for getting back to me. I’m hoping that that’s the case. I’m getting all the parts. Should I do the timing belt or chain? Everybody says when you have to replace the water pump, you should do the timing chain.

@ If it’s not giving you an issue I wouldn’t personally. Timing chains can be expensive to replace as far as labor.

@@robinpengelly8202 A failed attempt at trying to paint them. Didn't put enough coats. I plan on replacing them.

@@acapulcogold9138 P0120 code is defined as “Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor ‘A’ Circuit.” The powertrain control module (PCM) triggers this code when it detects abnormal voltage readings from one of your car’s throttle position (TP) or accelerator pedal position (APP) sensors. The P0120 code can be caused by either a faulty TP or APP sensor, damaged wiring or connectors, a faulty throttle body, or PCM issues. The issues causing this code can cause engine misfires, difficulty starting, or hesitation during acceleration. That's what I found online when I looked up the code. Sounds like something to do with the throttle body you replaced. Hope this helps.

@@projectcl500 OK so today I just changed the pedal accelerator and it did not clear the code so I think you’re right I just bought a throttle body but it’s aftermarket like from China or something… do you think that something to do with it acting up? Do you think that I should buy all original throttlebody? Does it perform like normal? Can that be an issue as well because as far as I know, all of the fuses and everything are connected, but if a gasket from the intake manifold is not all the way correctly, will that have something to do with it also? ( just a side question I might have to retake it off anyways) … I guess what I’m asking is Will an original throttlebody Bosch brand work a lot better and perform because I try to turn on the car after switching the pedal and it’s the same issue and it’s terrible RPM and rumbling and same thing and it’s still throwing the same code and then it also says gear, input ratio, off something like that… and still the same code. Should I put an original back on? Will it work better that way do you think?

@@acapulcogold9138 I would go with the original. Never buy parts from China for a Mercedes. It's most likely faulty

Just ordered an original Bosch replacement (used., Ebay Motors) its coming tmrw., I’m take the intake manifold out again and take off the china throttle body.. so basically a faulty throttle body can cause this code to pop up? I just changed the Accelerator pedal last night as it came in yesterday and I watched this video.. fired her up and she still did the same thing and same code popped up so as you said it probably is the throttle body itself… because the voltage is off or something and not OEM measurement ..? I’m guessing lol

No mine are smooth as glass. It might be the tint that you used or either your headlights needed to be restored before you put the tint on. I also used a vinyl tint. Check out the video I made about it.

@@projectcl500 no I didn’t do my headlights, I did my taillights with vinyl tint I got off Amazon. Hmm not sure what went wrong because I used a heat gun and everything and it was smooth at first. I’m going to buy some more and redo them then. If it doesn’t stay smooth I will just have to go back to using the Nightshade spray again. Thanks for the response though 👍🏽
