It just seems like low voltage for 6s.

Manually set the cell count to 5 not auto with your program box. I have had trouble with auto cell count

You need to get the program card to easily change settings like cell count . The 180 esc will emit one long beep when detecting 5s and timing , its 15 degrees for 5s and the last thing to set when using the program card and what ever you set it to you have to do it twice obviously .

I see the Cheetah has the same issue as the Zonda in alot of ways . The Zeee 5200 are the only 6 s batteries that will fit in the sides of the hull as intended although you have a tad more room then the Zonda with its sliding trays although your ESCs will like the 4s better or even the 5s i would imagine . Also i had to completely rebuild the power train , removing the motors and fixing the alignment issues like you did , and changing out the two piece drive with a one piece flex cables . Glade i bought the upgraded cables when i bought the boat ..

The only issue with changing to the welded flex cable is with big power they break at the point where the weld meets the stub shaft and you lose your prop. I had to change too the type you pulled out because I am sick of using props. So I glued the square end into the stub shaft. I had trouble getting it centred at the glue join so I’m testing this morning in the water to see how smooth it goes. And yes it’s going to be a pain to grease the shaft.

Great job; it is always something, I rarely run a boat without some sort of problem. Like BIG B says, that’s part of the hobby. I have been telling everybody to put more flotation specially with two 6s. I had both sponson’s full of flotation on my UL, it flipped split the front, sunk in a heartbeat. Keep up the great videos. I have a Spartan with stock parts. I moved the output shaft up 1/8 and to the right 1/8 inch and it reduced the chine walk dramatically.

Finally, these are real decent speeds for a 6s setup, well done! Proves btw that i was right about those adjustments to the trimtabs long ago... Now your in the right track. Also think this hull might run more efficient than dom.

Was not really hard to guess it would flip going faster, so why run it and taking the risk off damaging it...? Don't get it, but maybe it's just me...

My friend I been in the hobby for 50 yrs. ( NEVER ) put a G.P.S. on the outside taped !!! you can lose it !! Put it in a plastic baggy inside the Boat !!!

Welcome to high speed crashes! If I may, now that your running at higher speeds try to use all of the flat water before you tear it up. Start your run along the shore line and work up to the throttle through the turn before full trigger on the back side. This way you’ll have best chance of not hitting your own wake.

Awesome video sorry to see the crash but at least the damage didnt look to bad .what hull would u recommend for rougher water and around 26 to 30 inches long i have some cheep cats and a little vector 70 but there more toys i have them upgraded but i think i am at limit of abs hull .i have my zelous 48 but i just want a good basher lol.
