This is the simplest way to get battery to 100% health with no warning messages: - Transfer BMS from old battery to new one. - Attach tag-on flex to new battery and connect to programmer. - Modify to 100% health and zero cycles. - Connect battery to phone, and then plug in charger to turn phone on. - It should then show as 100% health but with “unverified” battery message - Connect phone to computer and load up 3utools. Select “iDevice” tab, and the phone should come up as having 100% health and zero cycles. - Download latest iOS and when complete do a “quick flash,” and also don’t forget to tick the box “fix battery health,” when the box pops up. - After a few minutes 3utools will then drop to “6%” on the loading page and say “reboot.” - Remove cable from phone and then disconnect and reconnect battery with the battery tag-on still installed. - Switch phone back on, and it should come up in recovery mode. - Reconnect cable from computer to phone, and then the flash process should continue. - After a few minutes the flash will be complete, and the phone should be showing as 100% health with no warning messages.

If I damage original bms, does it mean that I will never ever get rid of the warning about the original battery issue?

Or it just resets the bms life counter? I have found different info. Already buyed the ay 😕 i hope it can copy also. Searched a lot for the Qianly but did not found it only with the battery board for se 2. I also wanted for my new iph 14 because i probably will need it in a few years. Hello sir, good evening. Oh my god, I'm having the same problem. Alright, I got the same battery right, but I did replace the charging port. It's not working because when I'm charging the phone, it's not charging. Apparently the charging chip on the phone must be damaged or something, I don't know. But anyways, one thing that I'm having, when I crank up, when I'm watching TH-cam video, I'm watching your video right now, when I crank up the volume, the phone will shut off and reboot. Can you tell me what the problem is? What could be happening? Because I followed instruction on TH-cam how to reassemble the phone, change the port, do everything. I follow all steps. The Issue with Calibration is because. You didn’t got the Display with the Light sensor you removed the sensor from the Broken phone which you are fixing now. This calibration tool is useless if you use Refurbished Display or Pulled Display. The Pulled Display will also won’t come with the light sensor. From iOS 18 maybe the suppler will send with the sensor

I’ve fixed an iphone 12 mini. The tag on was connected, proper welds, usb startup used. But the phone is showing the old battery percentage. Maybe i’ve put the tag on sideways? 🤷‍♂️ somebody can help me?

Hello, after instalation the tag-on flex it shows 1%, and wont charge. I restarted multiple times, and I took it off and put it on for two hours and still the same. Now even without the tag-on flex battery shows 1%. Is the Tag-on Flex broken? Before it showed normal battery percentage and battery health 81% What do i do now? . Thank you

All I can say is HALLELUJAH! I have literally been scouring the internet for days trying to find an easy-to-follow video on how to do a BMS transfer. I cannot tell you how happy I was to finally stumble across someone who was coherent and showed clear step-by-step instructions on how to do this repair. The microscope camera was also a real excellent touch so that we could have close-ups of exactly how to spot weld. I’m very happy to say that, after following your instructions, I have now been able to successfully accomplish the BMS repair and my iPhone 12 Pro Max has no warning message and 100% battery health! 😊 Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video my friend. Erm i swear if you have that machine you do not need to swap BMS you can just swap the data over using that...

Are you having complains? I have customers after doing this repair they tell me their batteries aren’t lasting as long anymore. Like now they get even worse battery life.

Love seeing the XCAP battery and the mini rotary tool; Jake from I.G. talked me into buying one and I have zero regrets about it!. Saw your video in my suggested and gotta always say hey to other techs who use XCA. Great video I am about to replace my own Iphone 11 pro battery so have had to buy a lot of new bits and pieces because it will be my first attempt at doing these batteries but it is a shame because I've changed so many of the earlier models batteries over the years it makes no sense to me why Apple have done this however they are money grabbers so I understand it but still its great that there is a way to get around it however I have had to buy a reusable tag on flex which should help with the process anyway thanks this video has helped a lot.
