Hi Sarah, yes I find it difficult to work from a chart, I much prefer it written down line by line. Could you write it down first from the chart until you get the flow of it? Don’t be embarrassed by the incontinence thing, as you say, it’s awful that women have to put with it. Pelvic floor exercises do help but I do forget to do them ! 😊

So nice to see you got a yummy breakfast out of a meeting.. we get breakfast at my law firm on Mondays (no meeting necessary) and it really does start the week off with a necessary smile. Charts - mmmm 🤦🏼‍♀️😱 🤣. Love/hate relationship. I like a pattern that has both written and charts, helps me get my head around bits I don’t understand. Looks like you’ve got it now. Most triangle shawls the left and right sides are mirror images so you wouldn’t need 2 separate charts - seems daunting. Good luck. Re sharing the very personal stuff, I feel as if your chat could help someone - we are all very shy about stuff, but if someone recognizes that’s they are not the only one who experienced such an awful moment, it will have been worth it to share. Being a woman isn’t easy is it. You are doing so well with the running this time. Im happy for you 🤗🥰

Sarah you looked really lovely on your night out! I agree with you that these places are far too noisy when you are trying to have a nice meal and have a conversation around the table! They should keep the loud music for later on in the evening- that’s when my husband and I usually come home! X
